Yay, I've been rechecking my manga lists, and finished too a pair of manga, and finally I reached the magical number of 300 finished manga. 302, right now in fact.
You sure cover a lot of quality short series, it's about time to take on the big boys.

This is all comics that I read from beginning to end, not all the comic I've read.
Lone Wolf? dropped it, not my thing.
YKK. I started it, but I didn't reach the last chapters, I think maybe they weren't available when I read it. And I remember I wasn't so much into slice of life 13 years ago, I suspect I would appreciate it more now. Someday I will go read it again up to the end.
Punpun, I read the first 3 or 4 volumes, but I started to understand where it was going. I actually think Asano is a bit of a hack sometimes that goes for the cheap nihilistic thrills and drama, giving priority to that instead of telling a proper story from beginning to end, and it shows here, maybe because it's a longer comic. But one day I will finish it just to "experience" it.
Kokou no Hito? No idea. I think I've seen some covers before.
edit: and I have 143 series on hold / pending list! Usually the number makes me despair, which is why lots of times I choose a shorter series over a longer one.

But why? With Blade of the Immortal and Vagabond on your list, it's not as if you outright dislike the historical samurai genre.
Anyway, for me personally, I never really connected with Asano's stuff until I read Punpun. It became by far my favourite out of all his works. Drama tends to mix very well with earnest folks.

Dunno. I don't have anything against the genre, yeah, but there is still the drawing, the characters, the type of stories told, etc. Lots of factors to consider. Lone Wolf didn't click with me.

Then again, I sub to WSJ and I don't even read anything other than Shokugeki so there's that.

Someone might as well just wait for the chapters to come in a digital volume and spend the 4.99-6.99 on that, and you at least get some extras in the volume. Or wait a bit more and get it in print (with some color pages).

I quite enjoyed ToG back when I marathoned it but this whole hell train arc is a disaster. Yuri finally appearing is the one dim light of hope on the blackened sky. I'm glad I only had to wait a few months for that. I imagine that for people who kept up with the series it was a good few years.

What's especially bs is that Platinum End is in Jump Square the same magazine that has Seraph of the End and Blue Exorcist two series that Viz already includes in US WSJ. The fact their trying to gouge people for an unknown series based upon the author's pedigree is bull shit. Unless these are early Berserk length ie 80-100 pages and full of text there is no reason we should have to pay separately.

Chapter 279 Kouen is bitter he didn't get his chance at revenge against Gyouken/Arba, now he has his chance, plus save his possible love interest.

This story feels like it's been told in warp-speed or something. Every time I kinda get a grip on the situation and characters it speeds up again and I feel lost. Doesn't help that many characters look the same, either due to art or cloning reasons. It certainly is interesting, but everything kinda flashes by and doesn't leave time to deliver an impact.
To be fair, it got worse. Fuck those "I'm closing one eye because I'm so fucking clever" faces, for instance.
