I find terribly amusing that the author of this manga seemingly killed 70% of the population on Earth and inflicted great disasters (at least that's the vibe it gives me right now, maybe there will be a detailed explanation in the end) so he could have his super comfy, calm SoL of a world without worries.
edit: chapter 31: you blew it gramps! Alpha was going totally full cougar on that sweet Takashi's ass, first a bath together, then talking of having one of those "open friendships", then saying he should stay the night... then you came for him. He was going to be turned into a man!
