Hoshi no Samidare is one of my fav manga, but the great thing about Spirit Circle is that it feel like upping up what's great from Hoshi no Samidare (concept about reincanation, karma, and character development), while Sengoku Youko 2nd arc dare to change main character and focus on it's growth. So yeah, if you like Hoshi no Samidare, chances are you will like both of them.

Shoujoooo, but dunno, it's not bad, about a girl who's uncustomed with the big city and how she copes with it. Though the supporting characters don't seem to be all that interesting so far so dunno how this will end up being.

Gate 1-24 - After hearing talk about right wing extremism and watching the first two anime episodes I was curious enough to pickup some of the manga. Aside from one scene that was pretty jarring, it seems a pretty standard Stargate like story with added fantasy anime elements.
With the OP and such I've been waiting for the MC, his otaku buddy and the girls they have rescued to run off into the countryside and go native. Hasn't happened yet. Maybe it will once the Japanese military brass do something especially bad.
