Pokemon manga is pretty cool. My favorite LoZ ones are Link's Awakening, LttP and Minish Cap.

Anime is cool but you'll have to watch out for spoilers in the thread. It's talked pretty heavily in here.

I was looking into them and Four Swords looks like its a good choice. Lttp is rad too though. And its alright, I've had most of it spoiled for me already.
I knew about ace's fate before I'd seen the character. Sucks because I think he's rad as hell.

So I'm going through Heart of Thomas and seeing the panel below made me think. Who first came up with that shocked look? I always see it in bunch of old shoujo manga and even new ones which I assume they are paying a tribute to it. This manga was published in 1974 so it must be one of the earliest examples, but I'm sure there must have been a manga that came before it and did that reaction face.

edit: Lady Oscar was published 1972 and if I remember right it did have that shocked face. So maybe that was the first example.

I finished finished Virtue's Last Reward in ~5 days and now I'm really in the mood for some Liar Game. I hope it hasn't fallen off a cliff in the meantime.

The only ones I knew/read about where the Ocarina of Time and the Wind Waker ones.

Also a bit of Majora's Mask, but that's only just to find out what the Fierce Deity looked like.

Awww yeah here we go! Not that I think he'll win but he'll do something that will make the head chef admit defeat in some way over how he fired Tadakoro.

Still a dick move by him to put in bad ingredients, it makes no sense when in the real world something like that wouldn't happen or if it did just like Tadakoro did you improve upon what you have to make it better.

Er what now? And I have to say, I am incredibly pissed off. I ordered volume 6 & 7 from amazon used, and 6 came with marker scribbles over some text bubbles, while seven has half of the pages cut out of it. I don't think I really have the right to complain since I bought the cheapest one, but still, there should be some level of quality, like, say, being able to actually read the goddamn thing. I'm pretty mad.

I'm only reading the library copies right now because I have a lot of other hobbies, but I'm finished with #13, waiting to pick up others. I love everything about the series, its so good and cool.

Finally caught up.
Pretty fun Shonen series. I just wish the art was more consistent, unless it's HxH syndrome and the art looks better in the actual volumes.
Looking forward to Chapter 110.

Fantastic chapter, Oga and Beel playing Beel-Ze-Bub! killed me. I can't wait to find out 1. why Himekawa joined that other guy and 2. who will be Oga's number 3.

I don't know how to feel about this. Usually I don't give much of a crap about the story in Gamaran but Zenmaru's mini-arc is kinda bothering me. He's gotten into a pretty bad situation and I can't see it being resolved in a satisfying way. Kai and Kujou are obviously miles above his level so this will probably result in the winner being way too hurt to put up a decent fight, either way we won't have a good resolution to Zenmaru's conflict with Kai. Then again, the author is no stranger to pull something out of his/her ass for whatever reason so who knows.

Shu proves to be the best in this manga once again. It'll probably end up with Raku being "drawn".

Food Smut 20 + 21

Tadokoro being expelled was the kick this needed and I loved how Souma confronted the teacher. Total fucking badass.

The Breaker: New Waves 113 + 114

The huge power-up Shioon has gotten is almost as stupid as him being an useless piece of shit. But! Beasting is better than not beasting.
