I think Aikawa is confirmed a boy as it can get, the only way to make it more clear is to actually show us...

Oh I know, but it would be fun if they were as playful with nagisa's gender as prunus girl did with aikawa.
Because I can't really think of any other reason why nagisa would have that girly look other than it being cute.

I think Erza is then only female character in FT people really care about.
