Thanks to her I fucking got 3 stars on the Star Cup, when before I lost 1st place on Dolphin Shoals 13 times while racing with Mario in a kart.

Yeah, basically what I was thinking, I never paid much attention to the others.
And now I wanna try that shortcut!
Handling means nothing, really. You just gotta know the feel of your setup.

There are some stat calculators out there that will gave you more information than the game gives you. http://www.gunslingergaming.com/html/MK8Stats.php
That calculator will also give you speed/handling/etc for underwater/flying and so on.

Using Slim tyres balance out the water speed, but I dunno if it is worth it.

I'll just accept that I will forever be terrible at Dolphin Shoals and live with it. Other water tracks aren't THAT bad because they are only partially underwater. Even Water Park isn't toooo bad.

I wonder if that was a shortcut? Fell off the high corner of Sweet Canyon and landed on the other part of the track without going around the curve.
