I still think Dolphin Shoals is the best looking level in the game. The glistening water on the tracks always look so lovely. My favorite part is the spiral bit towards the end of the track. Looking on the rear view in this part is breathtaking, as youre flying out of the water spiral. So cool.

Lol my red shell just flew by 2nd and 1st place at the end
So I want to get a pro controller for this. Been playing with the game pad but want to get more for local multiplayer. Anyone know if the japanese pro controllers work with US systems? Amazon has this for $42 plus prime and I'm thinking of getting that since the other one amazon has is $52 without prime.

The next time you don't drag an item, something will hit you out of the blue.
I'm talking about when you have a good lead. Just in case a blue shell hits you still have protection from a red, etc.
this and RR64 are my favourites. Shoals is amazing, RR64 leaves me speechless: the lighting, the music, the insane turns, the fantastic effects

The worst item distribution is in the beginning. Like I could get a box in 11th place and I'd get a coin. Ugh.
I love the lighting on RR64. The track is a bit too easy though. But man, the fireworks, the city below, the flying train. I wanna go there IRL

true. that mode felt more balanced to be honest, I might do the same.
those are the worst. in most of the shortcuts it's too late to see the banana(s) so you gotta take it like a man.

Trying that rad jump on Mount Wario for the first time in a live game might not have been the greatest idea. "Hmm, never seen this part of the track before!"
