This has made me wonder how much "inter-mingling" has gone on in the marvel superhero community.

If I recall one comic (x-men I think) had the x-ladies talking about what a man-whore Hawkeye is. Also, their chatter about Gambit was hilarious.

Or what kind of locker room talk might go on in Avengers mansion. Like Iron Man and Hawkeye talking about time spent with She-Hulk or whatever.

I think in Next Wave it was joked about the Avengers had a lot of orgies. (Damn Next Wave was a great book.)

Oh man, if this is the route Marvel's taking for its street-level heroes - a more grounded, slow paced, gritty depiction of its universe that strongly contrasts the lightheartedness of its cinematic counterpart, I'm all for it. Shows an interesting dichotomy - the big names suffering relatively little consequences in their escapades while the lower-tier hitters struggle just to survive the alleys of their ravaged neighbourhoods.

We're on the brink of something fantastic here, and I hope their other Netflix original series are equally as amazing. Imagine if Gareth Evans directs Iron Fist, and brings along the Raid choreographers as well.

I won't be binge watching this even though I really want to. I have to show it to my buddy who doesn't have Netflix and was a HUGE Daredevil fan as a kid. Hopefully we'll watch it in 3 or 4 sittings.

Watching shows like this with your bros is the best. I have good memories of watching the final season of the Shield.
