TIM eyes were always like that and he wasn't melted or exposed in the beginning of ME3. He was indoctrinated.

It makes so much more sense now that there were so many people who heard that one background chatter conversation in the bar on Ilium and legitimately believed that Asari were somehow mind-controlling every species in the galaxy to make them all think that Asari look like them.

The videos in the Cerberus facility suggest that he was. He had the same plan all along.
His implants were red in ME2, this seems like pretty irrefutable proof. I mean you can see the circuits under his burnt off damn face are red, yet his eyes have turned blue

I should point out I achieved this by modding my ME2 save and replacing Shep's eyes with TIM's eyes and changing the color.
TIM got his eyes in the ME comics when he came in contact with a person who came in contact with a Reaper artifact and was turned.
TIM was never fully indoctrinated until some point in ME3 when he opted in for Reaper implants. Before that he was likely not indoctrinated but he was probably enhanced in some way by Reaper tech and had whispers in his head however slight, but they werent enough to control him.
EDIT: I only posted that shot my Shep as a joke in relation to the eye comparison thing from a few pages back, not in relation to whatever debate/discussion of TIM and his eyes and what have you that was going on.

The videos of him talking to Miranda's dad happened after ME2, those are the ones where he says his plan is to take over the reapers, not the ones where he talks to the douche Miranda shot in ME2

Well that Mako and citadel things is kind of strange I might hop into the game to check if it's symmetrical and has those circles on both sides. If it doesn't I guess that's enough proof for me.
I noticed that during the demo. I still wonder if the kid even existed. Nobody seemed to notice him at all. You would think people would care about the only kid in the mass effect universe.
Proof of what? It's from the ending where he essentially becomes a reaper himself isn't it? His eyes turning blue both there and the one where he merges with the reapers for the synthesis ending kinda makes sense and doesn't necessarily suggest indoctrination to me.
