I love it..

Mass Effect 3 SPOILER THREAD aka Neogaf support group.
I used it all the time this time around : Sniper + Overload prefect to go with my adept. And concussion shot was a good crowd control when in need or against armored.
At least everyone knew that FFXIII-2 was a cash grab. I'm sure why people are shocked to learn that the end is crap and a cliff hanger for the next game. Also will I get banned if I made a thread called "Which game had the worst ending? FFXIII-2 or ME3"
The Spanish surnames were a bit odd, but I agree that the last level felt like something from Resistance or something. It wasn't quite ME for me.I mentioned this in the other thread, but the last level is basically Call of Duty, right down to the RAMIREZ...! shit. Doesn't that bum people out? How do you end this series like that?
Ending was great!

	Stage 1: Denial
In ME1 I guess I was the most varied, usually Liara and rotation of the third party member. In ME2 I pretty much only used Miranda and Mordin, and Thane sometimes (and I guess whoever I had to use on their loyalty mission). In ME3, I pretty much only used Liara and EDI.
How to design a city to look like London according to ME3:
1) Take a rubbled, war-torn city
2) Add these everywhere:

Ah yeah I forgot to mention how amused I was to find phone booths in 2186 London during the endgame.
While I was playing I was mystified. Who uses phone booths in their century? How to design a city to look like London according to ME3:

Haha. Acceptance that Bioware trolled you with the final conversations with squadmates and what they'd do after the war was over only to leave you in the dark about whether any of them even survived.Acceptance.....
99 percent of the game is great. It just totally falls apart in the last 10 minutes.
Game is 99% worse than Mass Effect 1 & 2!
Also, don't forget the big question on how the Reapers even managed to get back into the galaxy. Arrival answered none of that and neither did this game. What I'm very interested in, however, is to focus on the other aspects of the game, because I think a lot of the discussion in this thread has focused on ending, which resulted in a lot of the other stuff getting overlooked. Such as:
- The sudden appearance of a Reaper solution on Mars
- Cerberus being able to invade the Citadel
- Why the Reapers didn't just attack the Citadel and disable all Mass Relays as stated in ME1
- How the war assets basically were meaningless
- Every one and everything you did on the Citadel were completely obliterated/killed/harvested by the Reapers' & Illusive Man's capture of it.
- Harbinger's diminished role.
FUCK! i was at the part when you get to knock out that reporter chick (clicked the trigger to punch her) then i scratched my ass and missed the second trigger pull and got knocked on my ass. FUCK!
Gotta re-load that save

Harbinger's dimished role is because they couldn't get the VA back I think and the Cerberus on the Citadel thing I think could be explained by Udina shutting down some/all security measures what with being on the council.I think GrandHarrier has stated the exact same opinions as me about this matter throughout this thread: That 99 % of the game is balls-to-the-walls amazing for someone invested in the series, but the last 10-15 minutes go against everything established prior. Everything stated by Space Ghost Kid is illogical, fallacious, MacGuffin's MacGuffin, unresolved, etc., while the inconsistencies in the 3 endings, the Normandy suddenly being somewhere else, all contribute to the feeling that the ending was rushed or not thought through.

- The sudden appearance of a Reaper solution on Mars
- Cerberus being able to invade the Citadel and capture C-Sec. How was that possible considering the level of security after ME1 and the ongoing Reaper War?
- Why the Reapers didn't just attack the Citadel and disable all Mass Relays as stated in ME1
- How the war assets basically were meaningless
- Everyone you met and helped, and everything you did on the Citadel were completely obliterated/killed/harvested by the Reapers' & Illusive Man's capture of it.

Did EatChildren get here yet?

always quick save before you talk to people lolGotta re-load that save
To be fair, it is Future London. Future Vancouver in the beginning doesn't look like any Canada I've seen, so it stands to reason that London would be mostly unrecognizable too.

I just beat it. I can't process my thoughts right now. Let's just say that it's not what I expected. I wanted my Shepard to run off into the sunset with Liara at my side. Is there any ending that is somewhat close to that? I chose the one where I sacrificed myself.
Overall, the game is very good. The first 99% of the game is better than ME1 and ME2, easily. Just that ending... I can't even form a thought about it.
You know what? The more I think about it, the more it seems like Bioware got tired of Mass Effect. They wanted to finish off the series as fast as they can so they didn't care about any logical consistencies or plot consistencies. I wouldn't be surprised if they release only sidequest DLCs for some cash grab before they move on to something else.
I don't even want to think about Dragon Age 3...
Just finished it.
Got the Synthetic ending.
Wat.
1) Humans don't care after they found out the stuff about the ME relays. Still don't get it why a research group continued to decipher it.I think GrandHarrier has stated the exact same opinions as me about this matter throughout this thread: That 99 % of the game is balls-to-the-walls amazing for someone invested in the series, but the last 10-15 minutes go against everything established prior. The Mass Relays just let them to be there in few minutes. Now they travel with their own drive. Also, don't forget the big question on how the Reapers even managed to get back into the galaxy. Arrival answered none of that and neither did this game.
You're gonna need to be more specific than that. What colour was your explosion?
Just watched BLASTO 6. Holy fuck, that slayed me.
I wanted my Shepard to run off into the sunset with Liara at my side. Is there any ending that is somewhat close to that?
I chose the synthetic ending in the middle. Explosions were green I think.
Where? I only heard that small advert of on the PA of "Blasto 6: Partners in crime supports the war effort"
SHEPARD, TAKE THAT REAPER DOWN!
Does going with the Synthesis ending mean that EDI now has organic lady parts? Or that organics now magically have a processor in their brain?
I don't get it ..
