Rock, it's not about having a different opinion, it's about elaborating it.
You new people and your "new" discoveries

The zombie one? I think that's just what ME3 needs to freshen up the ending. Zombie Shepard.

They want everyone to be converted into Mass Effect haters.I'm going through the hate for the endings now.
I'm not sure why you feel the need to be a dick, sorry i have a different opinion than you do?
Have you read into indoctrination theory?I still stand by that I enjoyed the ending and I think it was good.
I'd even be happy with thinking that the meeting between Shepard and the Starchild didn't even exist, and that Shepard was dead on the crucible.
How? Mass Effect. <3They want everyone to be converted into Mass Effect haters.

This screenshot has more choice options than all of ME3.Guys i found a way to get a new ending!

We hate the ending NOT the series. To some of use the ending made it fell like why should we replay the games when the ending is the same? They want everyone to be converted into Mass Effect haters.
Isn't Shepard already a zombie?
Saying you won't buy a Bioware game again is kind of unfair though. They do have talent and 90% of Mass Effect 3 proves that. Just get rid of the unworthy.

Doesn't the stupid "The Shepard" ending confirm that space travel is pretty much defunct at the end?
A) The Citadel was probably moved to Earth where there were the most Reapers.Serious question - has anyone figured out a) why the Citadel was moved to Earth and b) how it moved in the first place?
Does anyone here hate the series? I don't.
I finished ME1 and ME2 4 times each. I love this series. I just hate the ending. The ending probably sucks more the more you love the series. They want everyone to be converted into Mass Effect haters.
No one but the protheans have been able to understand the mass relays. So the whole "galactic dark age" is complete horseshit. Even the mass relays could be rebuild eventually.
Well, after the disaster that was Dragon Age 2 and now Mass Effect 3, I find it easy to say to myself "Ya know....if I never get another Bioware game again, I honestly won't be that upset." (considering that I spent over 300 hours combined time in DA:O and ME2)
Does anyone here hate the series? I don't.
A) The Citadel was probably moved to Earth where there were the most Reapers.
B) It has a mass relay within it, but it could have been moved with other relays and pushed by the bigger Reapers.
You guys might cut my genitals off, but I actually like DA2 alot.
Ask yourself this: What does space kid say? Shep being there proves his solution won't work any more (why? anybody's guess) and that the crucible opens up new possibilities (processing power? reach? something). Then what does he present you with right after that? What are the implications of those choices? Keep in mind what he's designed (or decided) to do these countless cycles. Save organics from creating synthetics that wipe them out for sure by preserving them in a reaper.I'm going through the hate for the endings now.
If you only hate the ending, how would that prevent you from replaying the previous games? We hate the ending NOT the series. To some of use the ending made it fell like why should we replay the games when the ending is the same?
You're entitled to your opinion. You guys might cut my genitals off, but I actually like DA2 alot.
You will recover.I can't believe they used stock images as well. SMH.
God the ending was so fucking dumb. Still recovering.
I'll keep this high level: Just jump into the lasers! If the Citadel is the key to making the super weapon, why not MOVE IT THE FUCK OUT OF THE GALAXY.
And with a giant fleet, no one bothered thinking that they should stop the the Citadel from moving through the relay network?

Impossible!
Maybe, but the super nova literally threw the relay so far off people weren't sure where it wound up. I assume it's more like the difference of having a rock thrown at you and being close enough to an explosion to be thrown back, and given this is floating in a vacuum (and the fact they probably ARE designed to survive asteroid collisions because there's a lot of loose debris in space) I'd think the more likely result is just pushing it.To use a different setting, probably the same reason say a Star Destroyer can deflect lasers till the cows come home most of the time but a small asteroid can take out a bridge.
The force of a giant physical object against something is different than say the energy released from a supernova or "laser" like weapons against shields.
So I imagine throwing a piano at a marauder would be pretty effective.
Maybe it's just the ending being sloppy, it certainly is in at least a few ways, but I think that specific phrasing of 'liberates enough energy' does imply the theory that it was all spent up THEN exploded in a more normal fashion.Although it has recently been proven that mass relays can be destroyed, a ruptured relay liberates enough energy to ruin any terrestrial world in the relay's solar system.
Physics professors can only say so much in response to space magic! Still, I think most likely the wave either harms stuff mid-jump or electronics without shielding or whatever (Reapers seemed fine with green/blue and they're giant ships), and the explosion is just that, an isolated explosion of a relay, so long as it's not a super nova explosion it probably doesn't mean much unless the relay was right by a planet or something. In which case, yeah, that ring being hurled into the atmosphere alone would probably wreck things pretty badly.I'm interested in hearing about these energy releases accompanied by fire explosions that do not, you know, fuck things up. Physics profs pls reply

Why didn't the Reapers just try to find the Crucible and then destroy it?
Maybe he likes easy games and is a complete loot whore?Impossible!
The separation between criticism and hate is ignored when people assume that criticism means hate.I never understand why people think we hate the series just because we are complaining about the ending (and for the very long mass effect bitching thread).
The very fact that we're spending so much time bitching indicates that we love and care about the series far too much.
How can they rebel against their creator? Impossible. Why didn't the Reapers just try to find the Crucible and then destroy it?
Because regardless of what choices we made, the ending stays the same. Weither or not I save the council, wither or not I saved the collector base. Made peace with the Geth and tali's people, cured the genophage.. they don't matterIf you only hate the ending, how would that prevent you from replaying the previous games?

How could they rebuild something they never understood?
Well, they have the time to eventually rise to a level of knowledge that allows them to. Now that no galactic horrors are going to gobble them up before they develop to that point. How could they rebuild something they never understood?
