Off the top of my head.

Note: This is bingo card speculation, not actual spoilers, if there is a user reading this and concerned about that.


David Hayter makes an appearance.
Chico is Quiet.
Gray Fox makes an appearance.
Big Boss kills a child soldier.
Sins of the Father plays during a gameplay moment.
Ishmael is a hallucination.
Big Boss learns to let go of his attachment to The Boss ... again.
Solid Snake makes an appearance.
The original Metal Gear Solid theme makes an appearance.
'Snake Eater', the original or a remix, plays at some point in the game.
The debris in Big Boss' head is controlling his mind.
Big Boss isn't the protagonist.

That's about half.

EDIT:

Hideo Kojima will make an appearance in the game (as God again, or otherwise).
Drebin will make an appearance (as a child soldier).
The 'Outer Heaven' fortress in South Africa will appear in the game.
Big Boss will be shown with gray or graying hair at some point in the game.
Ocelot will be a boss battle.
Big Boss will have 30 words of uninterrupted dialogue in a cutscene.
Portable Ops' 'canonicity' will be addressed directly.
Skull Face and Big Boss will Spider-Man kiss.
Quiet will talk at some point.
Sniper Wolf will make an appearance.
The FOXHOUND unit, or a representative of it, will make an appearance.
Big Boss will cry at some point in the game.
Skull Face will do the villain trope thing of being willingly imprisoned on Mother Base.

another fun little activity to pass the time, rank the ground zeroes missions.

mine are:

1. destroy anti-air emplacements
2. ground zeroes
3. eliminate the renegade threat
4. classified intel acquisition
5. deja vu
6. jamais vu
7. intel operative rescue

Destroy the anti-air emplacements is also my favorite (apart from Ground Zeroes). I love fucking shit up with the rocket launcher

For the "unlock all trials" trophy in GZ, do I have to do them or just have all of them available? Im not sure what they consider unlocking.

If I remember correctly the easiest way to do it is first you complete the missions on Normal difficulty and then you have to mark all the enemies on Normal difficulty. On Hard difficulty simply complete the mission twice. Doing this should get the trophy.

Do publisher know beforehand what score their game will get? is that the reason why the review embargo is a week earlier?

Or do they just think the game will review good and they just have confidence in their own product?

It's the second point. The first point would be pretty scummy. They released tons of gameplay already, so for me the early embargo drop was no real surprise.

I think they just have confidence in their game... same reason why they have released 2-3 hours of gameplay demos imo
