If each FOB would be like $3 then I can get it, they're locking it behind content but at least know their boundaries. Having to pay the full retail price of the game again just shows how out of touch with reality they are.

Wait what? Only two outer ops simultaneously? Don't tell me it's actually more but then you'll have to shove over them nice MB coins. I thought SP wasn't affected, dammit.

if they were cheaper i would think about it
only one FOB for me i would have to spend an extra $120 because i'm getting it on ps4 and steam and im not interested in spending more on this game

On my way home from work today I'm buying myself a nice bottle of Johnny Walker to sip on during the launch/intro/etc. Gonna be a classy night of going nuclear.

I thought Outer Ops were done via the Combat Division (or whatever it's called) of Mother Base like Peace Walker? Maybe Dawg didn't build enough struts for those. Are we absolutely sure it's FOB related?

Damn it, got to 7GB before it unlocked and managed to start it up..did the prologue..now says Installing, please wait 2138 seconds...I NEED MORE!

Well the thing says you need more FOB so yes, don't see how that can be misunderstood.

now best case scenario would be for us to be able to get MB coins at a decent rate in game and not have them drip feed to us but thats going to be highly unlikely

Even PC disk are just completely empty, what ever they are doing they are intentionally doing what ever they are doing to prevent any kind of quicker download of the game... PC reviews wont come till tomorrow after release...

I've been playing a shitload of ground zeroes all week, and I never realized how much gameplay could be squeezed out of this thing. Ended up S-ranking every mission aside from jamais-vu.

I won't even know what to do with MGSV's map. If I could get so much out of camp omega, then nothing less than infinite amounts of gameplay must await.

So.. i don't get it.. people said the game would unlock on PC tonight before midnight? is this still true?

yeah I just noticed my CE is ready for shipment also
i know that it will be 11pm here so about 11hrs to go

I hope so Error... then i can leave the game downloading, and get up at 4am, and play until 8am.. when my wife will have to tear me away from my controller so i can go to work.

At least tomorrow i get my CE and my CE Guide. Yay!

if it was releasing at like 4am for me I would totally wake up to play it before work
but alas it's 7am so I'm gonna set it to download and leave for work

Are we getting a new mobile app? I'd love to micromanage Mother Base through my phone. I mean, the whole MB/FOB thing is kind of an in-game version of the Ground Zeroes app, but it would be awesome to mess with it on the go.

Sounds pretty classy... I've taken tomorrow off so you may have the right idea with drinking. I've already got my meals lined up for tomorrow
