It's a David Bowie song. Song is featured in the game. But not the DB version, but by some other dude.
Nirvana simply did a cover of the song.

People will be blue in the face being reminded it's Kojima's game and his team are just something else...never made an open world game before and they make this game. Open world stealth action...a beginning of a new sub genre of game? I sure hope so.

Nothing too grindy aside from some Mother Base ones like levelling teams up to x level.
