Kojima is shackled to this franchise, in a recent interview he said he's getting old, and wishes he could create something other than another MGS game. So if you take that into consideration, aspects of MGS V will be handled differently compared to past MGS games.

I have the heaviest doubt in the world that someone that plays Ground Zeroes, finds the rape tape, and listens to it, will look at rape in a positive light.
