An approval with remedies from EU was kinda expected. EU has always been more open about accepting remedies than CMA. They also fear more the consequences of appeals.
Let's wait for the actual announcement if the "sources" are right.
If they approve they're only going to prolong the agony of this deal potentially for an other year or more which imo is a loss for everyone involved.
