Leslie FUCKING Benzies, without this man RDR would possibly not even exist

WE NEED THE BENZ

"As Sam Houser reviewed more of the game that he had overseen for many years, he became more desperate writing to Mr. Benzies the very next day, 'This [RDR] is a (recurring) nightmare. But one i/we need to get out of. I have problems with the camera all over the place. So much so, that I can't be rational or specific about it. The darkness!!!' As reflected in his October 24, 2009 e-mail to Mr. Benzies, Sam Houser's desperation was escalating, 'PLEASE help me/us get rdr [Read Dead Redemption] into shape. I am a jabbering wreck right now. I need The Benz!'

"Once Mr. Benzies intervened, the game was finished within a few months, complete and ready for presentation to external publishers such as Sony and Microsoft."

Looks absolutely incredible. Setting and gameplay, graphics, everything. Finally a new IP that is interesting!

Them friggin' animations lads though...ooof

Plus, that car chase...car seemed like it was gliding on air ffs.

Looks interesting but I think it needs more time in the oven
Yeah, this looks really rough. You know it's pretty mediocre when every clip has a massive explosion in it

A game of this scale needs a massive budget, which very few games have. It's like someone greenlit a GTA clone because Leslie Benzies was attached to it. Not realizing that GTA is amazing because of all the resources poured into it. It's not because of one man

This looks really good, the cars floating was meh and surprised they released clips of it looking like that, that type of thing should surely be cleaned up before release though.
Looks good otherwise, always interested in new IP and I liked just about everything the Benz was involved with at rockstar

This was the one game I thought looked really promising.

The car driving stuff looked just wrong though, like something out of a bad ps3 game. Graphics pasted on over the backdrop, hovering over it even - just no presence in the scene. Really jarring and bizarre they think it's worth presenting looking like that.

You crossed the game, don't explain, time to die

Say goodbye, watch my eyes when I pull the trigger"

Forgot all about this. This was only a few years ago. No way the studio could develop an actual AAA game since then. Very concerning

This project encompasses Mindseye. It's not been dropped and its not vaporware (yet).

From what I'm seeing, Everywhere is like an MMO/Roblox hybrid, but you can create big AAA games on it.
