Buckner's error happened with 2 outs. Murphy's error happened with 1 out, and the next two batters got hits. So even if Murphy makes the play, if Familia gives up those two hits don't the Royals win 4-3?

Agreed. Murphy's play was quite bad but I put way more blame on Clippard and Collins and then Familia/Murphy even if he did get ground balls when he came in. The situation possibly never would have existed if Clippard firstly is not in the game (since he's been almost consistently awful ever since that injury for almost 2 months, it's been a pretty big sample size) let alone given the chance to walk two guys let alone one.
