Hunt is going to kill himself or his family or both within 5 years. Dude has been really off for quite some time now (or maybe he's always been fucking nuts and I never realized it).

I hope he miraculously wins on Saturday and then retires. The UFC run has been magical and proves how little the sport has evolved, but it's probably taken years off his life.

At this point it's easily assumable that Hunt took the title shot because he needs the money and realises this is his only real chance at a title shot. That and since he took the job on late notice he won't fall too far in the rankings if he loses.

I have no clue how I could have paid this kind of attention before.
Its the first time I see him "this much" in a week in an upcoming fight thanks to Vlogs and more intense interviews.

It would also make sense that he is even more mopey then normal because
- he is on short notice
- has to therefore cut weight
- and no good training camp
- long way from home (his last two fights were close to home)
- with only one? cornerman and zero connection to the place he is fighting.
