Did you watch the episode where Ronda shows her fighters how to scoot around on their backs? She's so far ahead of these girls physically, striking won't matter and Tate's last 2 fights involved her almost getting killed because of her stand up.

Crazy things can happen in combat sports and in one where striking is involved, any fighter is a single punch or kick away from a W or an L. That being said though, Rousey's submission game seems so far above anyone in else in her division in the UFC, it's extremely hard for me to see her losing the fight.
But hey, that's why there are fights in the first place. Get em in the cage and let's see what happens.

Whoever wins will lose to Cat, though Meisha was having her way with her till the 3rd round. I can't see Tate losing to an armbar again, I think shes got defense down. I gotta watch the first fight again, but from what I remember it was a competitive round till the finish.

I'd still take LW just based on depth outside of the top 10. MW is a lot more interesting these days, that's for sure.

So he's not an exception to that fact. Nobody is immune to getting KO'd or TKO'd, which means there's always a chance of it happening. Just ask GSP.

Doesn't matter if he tapped or not. He lost due to strikes. And tapping to strikes is the epitome of lacking the heart/determination to fight back. The only difference between turtling in a ball getting punched til the ref steps in and tapping to strikes is that in the former you're at least taking your punishment.

I think LW has always been overrated...it's the deepest at the bottom, but pretty shallow up top. There are a ton of Gilbert Melendez level guys at WW

I think it's just more about degrees/percentages. Sure guys like Shields aren't likely to KO/TKO someone but with the right circumstances, anybody can be rocked.

The UFC seems to be signing some regional cans fighters for their Singapore event.
One of whom is a fighter called Will Chope. A 6'4" featherweight whose fought 15 times in the last two years. I saw him fight in Taipei, and it's fucking ridiculous seeing a guy as tall as me at that weight.

Advise me, bros, should I even buy a PS4 yet? I don't have a preorder and was planning on just going out this weekend to get one, but as I was looking at that list of launch games and the Target buy 2 get one Free deal, I couldn't think of 3 games I want. And that's with one of those games being free. I guess the top 2 games are Killzone and NBA. I know I will like NBA. Killzone not so sure. I though the PS3 versions were okay and the game obviously looks fantastic, but I feel like I want to play it first and get a feel for the controls to see if it will have any lasting power in multiplayer. If not that, then either BF and CoD are in play. BF i'm not too familiar with and it's always intrigued me but not being a PC player, I've never really been able to give it a fair shot. CoD is getting boring to me and the PS4 version is supposedly a shit port. Nothing else in the launch lineup really grabs me.

I think it's fair to wait a bit this gen. The launch lineups for both really are thin and couple that with the possibility of hardware failures on the first batch and it's not a bad move at all to wait awhile.
I plan on waiting a few months at least before I get my PS4. There's some cool F2P games and all but none of the other games really interest me. At least not until the stuff slated for Spring '14 and later.
