Wow, I should have watched the fight.
Joanna needs a nickname, her last name has 5 consonants in a row. I'm gonna call her Joanna Jed or Joanna J.

Gadelha would have won that fight but she gave Joanna a late hit after the bell. Although no point was taken, I think it swayed the judges decision.

Then again, Joanna looks to have improved her mma game greatly since then. Her confidence is through the roof and man, what great mic skills.

Saw an article on mmajunkie that Rogan thinks the Shamrock/Kimbo fight was fixed. I don't disagree but what I can't figure out is what Ken would gain. Just getting out of there quicker?

who didnt see that fully sunk in RNC, and then ken let off the gas pedal as fishy?

It was obvious something was up when they locked up for a whole minute to start the match. Then Kimbo overcame the odds and got out of a clean RNC by...crawling?

It was under the chin but it was far from fully sunk in. The other hand needed to be behind kimbo's head but it was on top of the head instead like a WWE sleeper hold.

Ken said Kimbo tapped so he let it go but the ref didn't stop it.

I think the obvious next fight for Ken would be Lavar Johnson, who got rnc'd by Kongo.

Lol yeah, he "got out" by flexing his neck. It was insulting, Bellator must think their audience is retarded. By now, even casual MMA fans are knowledgable in everything there is to know about common locks/holds like the RNC, Armbar, and Triangle. It makes no sense why someone like Ken would botch a RNC with his opponent flattened out.

He was crawling for the ropes brother.

Anyone can botch a submission but Ken didn't throw a single punch, that's the suspicious part to me.

I dont think Ken was healthy at all coming into the fight. He couldnt afford to cancel the fight so he went with it and tried to finish it as soon as possible. He DIDnT HAVE THE STRENGHT to finish the rnc. This isnt the first time someone couldnt finish this technique and Ken is just so, so shot.

It only takes one little touch to put Ken out and thats what happened.

Its sad that Ken is obligated to fight enforcers and porn security guards to keep a living. This guy is actually a legend...so much history.

This is the second fight I've seen with Ken that had a fishy ending. The first one was his fight with Franklin where it looked like Ken slipped on purpose.

I heard Joe mention that on his podcast. Ken was always more of a wrestler/grappler, but yeah not landing a single punch on the ground was suspect.

23/28 of his wins are by submission. That awkward hand over Kimbo's head instead of on the back of his head was straight up amateur hour. No way Shamrock legit forgets how to sink an RNC on a flattened out opponent.
