I never ran out of keybinds for WoW back in the day. And that is with 3 or more macro's for important spells/skills that are targetable cc's, like CS, Cyclone, Blind, Fear and so on. It's why I never got that Razar Naga either.
This seems more like a cause for RSI than having to reach over your keyboard.

interesting! I did have the old Razer Nostromo, but I suppose it's probably more for FPS than MMO

I play a Retribution Paladin in WoW so don't even need that many keys and even if I do, Ill still rather stick to a normal keyboard.

Seems dumb to me. 10 buttons wouldn't be enough to play the vast majority of WoW specs without doing a bunch of modifiers, and you're going to need a keyboard either way to do typing etc.
