Episode 11 was executed beautifully in the dub. I'm starting to think that this may come within striking distance of the Japanese performances.

Overall, it's to the point where I can recommend both subbed & dubbed to people.

Yeah, Mob Psycho 100 on Toonami is more of a when than an if at this point. If I recall, MB100 is currently one of the biggest requests for Toonami.

Thank god, I was starting to worry.

Also, I'm a bit confused by all the praise for the dub I'm seeing in this thread. I watched some of it and thought it was pretty lacking. Mob sounded waaaay too flat. He's supposed to sound fairly monotone, but with some emotion subtly bubbling to the surface from time to time.

Binged it, amazing. Maybe better than OPM, but I'd have to watch both again to be sure.

Hilarious, heartfelt, and beautifully animated. I want to watch the dub just because I was annoyed having to read instead of being able to look at the beautiful animation.

Reigen and body improvement club are amazing.

Great show, give me the English Blu Ray and season 2 ASAP.

The English dub is very good. Even better than the OPM one IMO. Definitely want to buy the Blu Ray whenever Funimation decides to put it out.

The only thing that I disliked about this show was it blue balled me to death. There were some awsome fight scenes like the one with that other boy in school who has the funky hair. But damn I wanted to see the main character go fucking off in the season finaly. Just like how OPM had the best final episode out of the only two animes I have seen which is this and well OPM haha. Love the way they animate there shows. Cant wait for season two of both when ever they come out. :)

Mob not going out of control is a huge part of his character. He doesn't like or want to use his powers and characters like Reigen enforce this thinking to help him become a better more well rounded person instead of one who treats his powers like a crutch to get through life. The members of Klaw are exactly what Mob does not want to become especially the gas mask leader so him actually not losing it against them makes things much more true to the themes of the series.

Ya I mean it makes sense for the character, but as a person that got high as hell for the last couple episodes I really really really wanted to see a tight ass fight scene. Really liked the show tho and will defitally watch season 2. I think I like one punch man a little more tho becuase damn those monsters are rad as fuck.

Mob doesn't do it but Reigen does destroy everyone so it's not like there wasn't a bombastic end to things.

Your right again I mean don't get me wrong I really liked the finally, but I was expecting 20 minutes of the very first scene they show in this show. Where Mob is fucking up all the spirits in that beautiful space scene that was fucking awsome. I was expecting to physics to be going all out in a beautiful colorful explosion of awesomeness that was the very first scene.

Edit: also thanks for the entertaining convo I'm bored as fuuuuuu in this class...

You'll probably enjoy Season 2 a lot whenever it does come out. The story goes some crazy and dark places and the villains are far better
and will actually be able to go toe to toe with Mob

Yeah I really want a point where Mob has to go all out.

I watched up to the tunnel episode, but I couldn't get into it. I really enjoyed OPM, but if the protagonist is going to be OP from the start, I'd rather see over the top martial arts than just energy blasts.

That's the first episode lol The show has martial arts and martial artists in it.
