The manga isn't just the speed lines, I'm saying -- the entire style slowly changes to a blurry and thick one as Deku realizes what All Might is about to say.

Both versions are doing a take on the scene. The manga is feels like a surge of emotions Deku is feeling that someone he admires tells him he can be what he wants to be. The anime I feel is the better of the two. It's a warmer scene that's more comforting. I also like to think the sunset also represents that Deku's doubt of himself is over.

Ah Yeah i see i think you can appreciate both versions for what each is pushing more.

What the fuck.

Great episode. Too bad there are only 5 left.
Will there be season two soon?

Nothing official but id be surprised if there wasnt atleast 1 more season since the manga is still fairly popular. Probaly wont see it till 2017 since the timeslot MHA has is booked the rest of the year.

Tokoyami's voice is so weird. I'm starting to feel the same way I did the first time I heard Neji and Shino in Naruto. Speaking of voices, I'm becoming a fan of the invisible girl's. It's pretty damn cute.

All in all, an okay episode. I wish they got the Iida one out of the way in this one too, but oh well. I doubt this episode will help with the Bakugou complaints. :p

I actually liked a bit of the other teams being shown like that. This episode started showing off the other students which is what a lot of people like about this series, even moreso than the manga because they added a couple scenes of interaction. Best Ashido got a bunch of lines, Yaoyuruzuusuiisdisod got in her stuff, Tsuyu and Toriyama got a bit of a shine, Todoroki showed off, Aoyama still gets lines for some reason, Invisible Girl has more lines than she has in the manga combined...pretty good start to developing them.

More importantly, TOMURA and Black Mist-senpai. Hells fucking yes, let's get this shit started.

Kaminari again looked so good and Kirishima's smile in the classroom brightened my morning.

Todoroki was cool too.

Bakugo's part finally got me emotionally invested in this anime more than the previous Midoriya creying scenes. You can just feel all his emotions in that scene realizing that his thoughts of being strong when placed in an environment with truly prolific people was being challenged in a way way harsher than he even expected and then to be faced with that truth by his best friend, it was painful, tear inducing, and emotional. He will come out better I hope and make great strides with Midoriya's help.I love their thing.

No mention of Kaminari getting rejected by Gravity girl, huh?

Not bad at all this time around since the whole episode wasn't build up for 1 moment like usual. Bakugo got rekt and has to man up now, lol.
Also, we need to see more of the other hereos. That is a bug change from the other characters.

Put it in spoilers if you need to, but what Quirk does the guy with the weird head directly above the purple grape guy(in the group pic in DTL's post) have? I can't remember if they've showed it.

I don't think they showed it yet, but
he can talk to/control animals/insects.

Definitely an enjoyable if not even slower paced than usual episode. I've read just a teensy bit ahead in the manga (probably up to the point where the anime will end), so it's nice to see the rest of the class in action. Takoyami & Todoroki are my favorite characters so far, both seem pretty badass.

Best girl
She also happens to have one of the coolest supehero names in the series, Alien Queen, which is a big plus in my book.
That, she's thick. I like thick girls.

Both Mina & Fumikage (Jet-Black Hero) are my favourite heroes in the series, both in design & power set, so you can imagine that I'm happy they are getting more coverage in this adaptation. I wonder how much input the creator has with working with Bones for this adaptation?

Good episode. Liked seeing the rest of the cast. I also didn't mind Bakugo in this one. His reaction hit the right notes. Especially seeing the other impressive classmates.

I like how for about a minute I thought I was going to get a cool episode watching the other Heroes battle it out but instead it quickly went back naruto crying in front of an angry Sasuke for 10 minutes.

Kacchan is miserable and deku is a moron for constantly trying to be his friend.

I predict the Ashiido and Invisible Girl Fan arts are going to increase exponentially. The Frog Girl art amount is already high and I expect even more now.

Some codependency issues going on or something; I was baffled when Deku told Kacchan his secret. "I won't tell you who I got my quirk from, though!" Yeah, I wonder who it could be when you were yelling "Detroit Smash" at the top of your lungs in the previous battle and your ability is to be super strong.

It was kinda weird when beast tail dude didn't do anything because of the threat of having his combat aptitude reduced if he tore the skin off his feet. I mean... at least try it out? I thought you guys were supposed to be giving it your all after seeing Deku's display, heh.

Aashido is probably the girl I would ask out in that class. She has a great personality and that body is thickkkkkk.

I'd be afraid of that acid though.....

Aashido and Invisible Girl have the funnest personalities in the class.

While the design is cool the giant exposed brain seems like such a glaring weakness for a close range fighter based on the opening.

I was really surprised when his power seemed to be shadow/darkness related. I thought he was hiding a bird-like body with wings underneath his cloak.

This was when the ship set sail

Can someone explain this dude to me? His design is kinda confusing me. What's up with the giant puff of fur coming out of his chest?

I kept cringing during that scene. Why the hell is he still so attached to him? I bet this leak is going to backfire enormously later. So many ways it could go wrong, even without malicious intent for Kacchan.

Just a part of his costume. He just has a very strong tail.
