It doesn't exist. These leakers mentioned it was going to be announced in several events where it wasn't announced. The guy from Sony Japan who was supposed to be on charge of the game left Sony.
It doesn't make sense that Sony would develop a Konami IP, specially one that doesn't have better sales than the average Sony AAA game. If Kojima and his staff quitted from Konami or were fired, it's almost impossible to think both Konami and Kojima want to work together again.
