Every player when they travel, pays the tax of that state when they play there

It's his defense that provides his value. He can guard 1's and 2's at a pretty elite level. And he's primarily a 3 point shooter so don't see why the fg% is that concerning to you. He also has shown a knack for being a very clutch shooter. And he's 24 so not only does he still have room for improvement but he fits the Sixers time table as well. Seems like a perfect fit to me.

If money is mostly the same and all the Rockets have to offer is an extra year I suspect he stays. Definitely gives the Rockets instant credibility if they snag him though.

Jae Crowder is the reason the Celtics can't beat the Cav's. He plays timid against them. He needs to go.
That's a good plan as well but I don't see any glaring holes on the roster other than a long term 2 guard. It's hard to find a guy that is not only a talented player but in the age range they want. J.J. Redick is a nice vet that will be good for the next couple years but he's not a long term answer.
