I would do Butler for Kyrie in a heart beat. As a Raptors fan, he looked like the second coming of Jordan against us every time we play the Bulls.
Butler is a better "shooting guard" than Kyrie.

You would need all three of LeBron, Butler, and Kyrie to beat the Warriors. Doing a swap doesn't get the Cavs much closer to Golden State.
