Picnic at Hanging Rock (Criterion Collection) BD/DVD, also comes with a reprint of the original novel. One of my all-time favourite films, it's like watching a dream unfolding before your eyes. It captivates me every time I watch it, something very films have the power to do for me.
Seconds by Bryan Lee O'Malley (ebook). Always a fan of Bryan's work. The artwork punches great on the iPad.

Managed to get a road bicycle for the commute to work. It's not flashy, but it gets the job done in 25 minutes (versus an hour by public transport):

Picked up a Japanese 1988 launch Mega Drive, which turned out to be in great shape!
It needed some reconditioning first, but this is where it's at after having cleaned it.
Also got the legendary 6-button controller in excellent condition, which is now looking essentially brand new.
Finally, I've joined the Framemeister club, too, and it was well worth it!

Funny enough, It was given to me by my grandmother. Bless her heart.
I decided to learn how to paint with Watercolors so I got a Pentel Pocket Brush Pen, watercolor paintings and some brushes. Let's see how it goes.

And a pre-owned Neotropolis modded Neo Geo AES with UniBios and audio/video output (even though I am still using JPN 21 RGB from the DIN through my Framemeister) which will take over from my stock AES. It unfortunately had some audio problems with the right channel audio not working but some new RCA jacks, wiring and soldering seems to have sorted it out. Hilariously, the Neo Geo Pocket Color in the picture was also not working but I've managed to sort the display out and have got the audio working with a new speaker install.

Whenever I see AES modded like that I cry a little. The DIN it comes with has all the outputs you need..

Except stereo sound as the DIN will only give you mixed mono. I was pulling from the headphone jack for stereo off my vanilla AES but I can use the audio jacks on the rear with this one. Looks a bit more tidy.

Where did you get that from? Is this the Japanese version? I have seen a different steel case similar to this.
A lot of bike-friendly workplaces have showers now. Some people also just bring a fresh change of clothes and some wipes.
Can I ask you where did you get that watch from ? ... It looks really good , do you have a website or something I can order it from ?

July was extremely busy for me. Between Anime Expo, EVO 2014 and Comic-Con I definitely had my hands full with work/fun and purchases! Here's what I got in July!
Post up your favorite JULY stuff then let's get on with the AUGUST stuff!

-I hit up Chicago Comic Con with a friend over the weekend and was happy to find a few uncommon games I'd been looking for, some OOP 80s horror movies, and a cool Zelda ski cap for Winter.
-I got the Digimon DVD sets cheap on eBay (in anticipation of the new series!), Salt was only a buck at Half-Price Books, and the rest of the movies/sets were super-cheap at Fry's.
-I got the guides dirt-cheap at Half-Price Books and finally tracked down a Bowser figure at Toys R Us.
-I grabbed the Mega-Stone vouchers at Gamestop (one for each game) and got all of the games at Disc Replay.
-I got Yaiba from Best Buy, the Lightning Returns DS3 from Gamestop, and the other 2 games were super-cheap at some resale shops.
-I got the DDR X2 bundle dirt-cheap on eBay, Shadow Hearts at Disc Replay, and the other games were dirt-cheap ($2-$5 each) at Half-Price Books.
-I never thought I'd come across a CIB copy of Chrono Trigger in the wild and although it wasn't 'cheap', I couldn't pass this one up! It's 100% complete with the poster, map, cart & manual all in great condition.
