I saw them swing by shortly after the Zelda gathering, and then trying to make their way down the street on the way back from watching a short video shoot of one of my friends. It was on Day 3 (Sunday) around 3-4pm.

I was the Alicia, thanks for the compliments! The tanks were made out of princess SUV power wheels with a pvc frame attached and foam board velcro'd on.

Thank you both! Valkyria Chronicles is my favorite game and I knew once I played through years ago I wanted to cosplay Alicia from it. I taught myself how to make armor just for this costume.

I had only met them that day, but talking to them the Zaka and Welkin didn't finish their costumes in time for the convention. The Welkin did paint insects onto a pair of white boxers which he wore quite proudly when he was out of the power wheel tank.
