Why? Batman's Arkham games were the tippy top. Rebooting them is a ballsy move.Maybe it's because Kevin Conroy isn't involved? But then, that was ok for Arkham, erm, name escapes me, the only one I didn't play.

I'm sure the success of Spiderman has likely made them change it up a lot, and fully expect 97,000 side missions now.

Over on NeoGAF, verified industry professional BGs is reporting that as per a recent devkit build of the PS5 from the beginning of this year, Sony's console is still performing better than the Xbox Series X, though they also make it clear that that might change with future builds- which makes sense, considering that the consoles are still months away from launch.

This is what I was on about yesterday with people posting opinions as facts, even more so when people are translating a page from another language and posting what they found.

The trouble is, everybody has eyes on Gaf, Era and Reddit right now for any tiny little story that will give them the lead. Hence why what BGs said being posted several times now, out of context usually.

It's quite cute when you think about it, just how popular Gaf is in the scheme of things. It really IS Gaf>Internet>Gaf 🤣

It looks to me that the idea of ps5 performing better than xsx is so out of this world to you . May I know why ?
 
The more I think about it......

Those Wired articles just dropped, unexpectedly.

Reveal will be a longform State of Play. Which will just drop unexpectedly as well. 45min to an hour.

Advantage is that the messaging can be meticulous, and somewhat more intimate.

Just my thoughts, and I'm actually coming around to the idea of it. Maybe not as hype worthy as a Playstation Meeting, but it'll get the job done.

On topic, go read what he originally said, as well as his background. Then go read what he said AFTER, and how neither company has final silicone out yet, even more so for MS who are quite behind.

Seems like I hit a nerve ? I asked a simple question very respectably however your answer was far from that . I have noticed Your response to anyone who thinks ps5 is even remotely close to xsx . If you really feel I didn't give a fair reply, that says more about you than me. Please find me anytime I've been an arse to anybody just based on the fact they said the ps5 may be better. Please do.

However I can find several right this second where I have said the very same thing you are saying I've shot people down for?

Go look at my question . 2 line simple question wondering if I could get some info from your line of thinking however your response starts with the word "fanboy" and I m the one having issue ? It seems you are so on the edge about this subject that you see only black and white and you saw my question as attack on you when in fact i was just curious . Just chill as you said in your own words they are plastic boxes don't be so on the edge .

You could have explained to me that "no I think both will be similar" but you decided to start with insult . Learn how to interact respectfully when someone asks a question respectfully. With this attitude you have it Would be my honor to be on your ignore list.

I call in this thread now and again and everything that is "leaked" is just common sense with no real commitment or so shrouded in secracy that IF a poster does know something it's probably better to say nothing anyways unless you can be specific.

Its better for us all to just wait it out in terms of physical specs and pricing. There really is nothing much to go on at the moment apart from what has officially been revealed.

In any case we'll have these new machines in our hands before the year is done. Speculating on every possible configuration will just drive yourself crazy 😁.

I think we can expect a free day one patch for the Last of Us part 2 that takes advantage of the extra power of the machine (along with a PS5 Sku, that is essentially the same as PS4 version + patch).

Starting from the fact that I don't know exactly what images you have seen and that I don't know if the DK2 has aesthetic changes, this image seems to be DK1, but where it says "proto... not for sale" it is different. I don't know if it's because of the contrast of the image but something is missing.
 
You know Sony not revealing anything on the 5th is all your fault, right guys? They saw everyone freaking out on gaf and decided to move the reveal to a different unexpected date just to show how mysterious they can be. If you would have just kept quiet and waited they would have had the announcement today :(
