Guys, if it was a big deal, do you think this would be it? This is not the platform for something big.
Not for anything system wars/exclusivity related..

But I don't see why a 3rd party wouldn't use this E3 replacement for something big for gamers who care more about playing games than system war dick measuring contests lol

Was fixed, no October release

That's what I thought. Still showing on the website though:

"MISSSED" 🤔

Could just be typo, he tweeted about having to be a one man show and make and edit everything himself

I am agree with comment of the animation that things are the devil specially as you say you want to have a game which feel realistic and responsive.

But is not impossible just need to work in a different way but for example in the cases like Assasins Creed their animations already works even framerate higher than 30 fps but
the main reason of why we have games in 30 fps is for the graphic difference compare to a game to 60 fps and yes frame pacing cares more.
I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but breaking AC animations are probably even less fluid than 30fps, probably closer to 12fps in some of the aerial traversal gameplay parts. You move from one fixed point to pre-set fixed points with virtually no latitude to set your precise positioning - especially in the timed sub-missions. Semantically these sections are just a small magnitude of improvement in freedom to Space Ace/Dragon's Lair styled gaming - which can still be great fun, because of the whole package, but the idea that these games change from being 30fps to more on PC is nonsense from DF.

This orginal point was made by SotC director: Ueda when they first remastered Ico/SotC with 3D on PS3. Paraphrasing what he said about SotC, it was a 30fps game, and the game's weighty animations wouldn't change by rendering at higher frame-rate .

I'll throw in something crazy and gues Valve finally open it's Source Engine 2 for all and maybe announce a New Half Life.

It be quite something if it was an announcement that Bethesda had finalised an acquisition from PlayStation or something of that ilk. Microsoft buying Sega? Valve buying Take-Two? Realistically if Sony did begin acquisition of Bethesda I could imagine Geoff interviewing Herman Hulst and Pete Hines with some verbal updates on upcoming games and also them making a declaration that titles like Starfield and Elder Scrolls VI would still release on PC at launch. I had a strange dream about something like this happening so I thought I'd share.

I was thinking something along those lines. I dont believe that sony bought Bethesda but perhaps someone like Epic did. Im thinking whatever Geoff is teasing leads back to Epic making some sort of power move. If it were playstation related i feel like someone in their orbit would let Something slip. Perhaps not the announcement per se but something like "Big moves for playstation tomorrow or something." I dont think its xbox related at all.

Once you've lost 90% of your potential userbase, what's the point. Breakout the rulers. :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Soooo .... misssed the show. What game got revealed, besides the Tony Hawk Remake which is not a BMX game with Dave Mirra.
Last I read Sony Motion Pictures is doing a live action Masters of the Universe movie next summer. By the power of GreySkull!!!

I still believe its Unreal related as well with the hints of future tech plus impacting a lot of studios.

That I believe. I know at least one platform has been working hands on with Epic for a while to support new features of their upcoming console. (how I know UE5 is far off)

So it doesn't seem to be a game reveal, could Be either:
-ps5 reveal with features showcase
-some sort of graphics tech showcase, perhaps the hellblade people gonna show us what they've done with UE4 next gen
