That's only because you are an idiot. But it's alright.
Can't be expected to know everything.

That was just...mean. :(

I dunno, I kind of like it. Some of the previous Super Bowl logos were terribly gaudy and ugly. The new logos are simple, elegant and classy.

I think most of the new ones are nondescript. And the colors for 44 were hideous.

My question is "What happens when you've already played a Generic Logo SB at a stadium, and you have to play there again?" Huh? What then, NFL? Fucking retards.

I guess I'm biased to SB XLIV's logo for obvious reasons, but I like the design of it.
The orange and blue motif is kind of played out. Looks much better in black and gold:

The super bowl logo is the same as last year because Mangement is doing a countdown to the 50th "Silver" anniversry. Notice they do have a logo for the 2014 Super Bowl in Met(rolands)life Stadium. (thats 49 i think and 50 will be in Miami im thinking)

Super Bowl 48 is in Metlife Stadium. 49 is in University of Phoenix Stadium, and 50 will be in LA as long as any semblance of a new stadium is built there.

Damn, first Randy Moss & now T.O. getting shut down.

Seriously no NFL wants a 6 time Pro Bowl that hold several records?
Who gives a shit about his off field actions. He can win them games.
His locker room destruction outweighs any skills he has.

I'd hold Andre out until the Browns game. Let that hammy heal for one more week. Then let him play that Browns game to get timing back etc, and have him ready to go in Week 10 against the Bucs. He won't be needed against the Jags.

Thanks for the correction. Ahead a year.

Reading an article about how Ponder and Newton trained together at IMG Academy during the offseason and came across this snippet towards the end:

Leading up to the draft, most analysts thought the quarterback class could be among the best in years. While the early returns are promising, Ponder said it's too soon to start comparing this group to the class of 1983 that featured John Elway, Dan Marino and Jim Kelly.

Uh, what? I remember just about everybody saying this QB class could be one of the worst ever littered with busts and no sure thing...am I mis-remembering here?

i remember a lot of analysts saying there were no franchise-type QB's in the draft, but a handful of "good" qb's. i don't think anyone said it would be one of the worst but again i don't know

there was talk early on (and i mean.... like january early) that there was the possibility of no qb's drafted until the 2nd round

Are you kidding me? That's just objectively wrong.

1. Tom Brady
2. Peyton Manning
3. Aaron Rodgers
4. Drew Brees
5. Ben Roethlisberger

The only correct answer.

Tony Romo?

Has he been hanging out with Colin Cowherd?

Plinko

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage

Is this a fabrication or did he actually say this?

Just watch the Denver/Miami ending. As soon as the winning ball passed. The announcer yelled " Tebow has won"

He owns the NFL already.

First three look alright, if we're assuming he's blacklisted Brady for the '01 Super Bowl. (and Peyton isn't playing this year, so he's out as well)

Not sure what the hell happened at #4 and #5.

Win or lose, just warn Schwartz that even in his old age Fox has a fierce handshake. I don't want that shit taking over the radio for another week.

Denver over Detroit this weekend... I'm calling it now.

Tebow Christ that song was terrible.

On a side note we need a list like NBA Gaf to know who is who in terms of their teams.

OMG first Stephen A Smith skewers Romo and now this? Fantastic! Add him into the Sunday NFL Countdown crew, get rid of Cris Carter, he sucks.

I'd take anyone over Chris Carter.
