Ok so my coworkers just showed me a movie trailer about that Touch of Grey book or whatever it is.
is this torture porn? It looks awful.
I did see an Audi R8 and Aston Martin so the crazy dude has good taste in cars.
i bet this movie will break a billion too.

Its bdsm at its finest, and by finest I mean worst.

And the ammount of money the movie makes is probably going to be inversely proportional to how bad the actual film is.

Love how I got permabanned from Falcons life last week for criticizing Matt Ryan's performance in the Carolina game, and now there's a dozen threads calling for Matt Ryan's head.
Clown fan base.

Those team only forums are terrible because everyone is literally the biggest homer.

NFC west isn't getting 3 teams. There's too many games between them all in the next 5 weeks. So Detroit imploding would almost guarantee 2 from the NFC East
If Dallas sweeps (and thus beats the Eagles twice), they'll win the division.

If Dallas loses once (and thus beats the Eagles once), they'll either win the division, beat the Lions outright for the wild card, or beat the Packers in tie breakers.

Dallas only has a problem if they have two or more losses. In that scenario it's better to have tie breakers against the Seahawks (who they beat) than anyone else. And even then its only a problem if it's a 3 way tie at 11-5 between the Cowboys, Lions and 49ers/Cardinals. In that scenario, the Lions would advance based on conference record and the 49ers/Cardinals would win the other spot by virtue of beating the Cowboys earlier this year. Thus its to the Cowboys advantage to root against the Niners so that they'll face the Seahawks in a 3-way tie instead.

If Dallas loses 3 or more games... Yeah, Dallas better be rooting for a Lions collapse. But in this scenario, 3 NFC west teams making it to the playoffs actually is plausible so the Cowboys are probably fucked anyway.

So yeah, rooting for a Lions collapse is only necessary if the Cowboys collapse too. Otherwise its the 49ers who are their worst enemy (outside Philly of course)

Falcons are going to win that division with 6 wins, beat the Lions in the wild card round and Mike Smith will be coaching for another year!

Nope.
We might win one more game max. We might beat Carolina at home if we play perfectly, and even then we'll need a lot luck. A win for us in that game will either come down to us giving up a nice lead and then Matt Bryant bailing the team out with a 50+ yard last second field goal, or Carolina marching down the field at will and then missing a last second field goal.

Arizona, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, and New Orleans are all going to flat-out embarrass us.

My head is fucking steaming still. I still can't believe they threw a fucking bomb on 3rd and 2. The whole fucking staff can hit the goddamn road.

I kind of expect the Cowboys to lose at least 2 but still have a better record than the 49ers

Well, the Giants' team sucks, but at least the thrill in watching every week is seeing OBJ. Stay healthy, friend.

He's like your Kobe

I would like to see Jayron Hosley launched from a cannon into the sun. I am sick of seeing him chasing after receivers he was supposed to be covering as they run into the endzone.

Good luck to whatever team pays JPP the ridiculous contract he will demand. We definitely need to draft pass rushers the entire draft.

I wish the offense and defense would both be good in the same game. That would be nice.

I'm not even stressed about this year, no laptops have been broken yet.

NFL Network has some guys who are just straight up clowns sometimes.

Narrating the Anquan Boldin catch where he got nailed and kept running in the 4th:

Rhett Lewis: "That is a grown man catch, he just kept going."

Eric Davis: "Yeah that's an adult right there."

What the hell are you saying

Playing around with the playoff machine thingie at work...I don't see the Lions making the playoffs tbh. At best we'll finish 10-6 by winning our next three games (home games against Chi, TB, and Minny). Then we go to Chicago and finish the season at GB. Yea Chicago sucks but they'll be at home. After that it's GB which is an insta loss.

That Buffalo game is really going to haunt us if we miss the playoffs.

Chicago is weak enough for our d-line to pressure Cutler which leads to good things, however I just can't see us sweeping them. If we do we'll likely make it in at 11-5.

We are all Saints fans today

Indeed, but the Ravens run defence needs to show up and stop Ingram, but have shitty pass defence so Jimmy G can go wild!

Monday fucking sucks. I think I'll take this thursday and friday off. I defiinitely want to watch the games this thursday, and friday I'll just get my little bit of christmas shopping done.

Man still can't believe the pats lucked their way into Ayers. He's been awesome. Hightower looks way way better than that over rated Mayo. Hes been surprisingly good in coverage. Collins is looking good.WTF happened to Chung? He looks like a really solid in the box safety. I think this may be the pats best defense since 04 which is sad. After next weeks game I'll know for sure. Jones should be back for the playoffs. Once they get him this defense will be legit.

O-line gets the game ball in my eyes. That is a good d-line that they kept in check all game long, I saw one olay block all game on pass plays. Brady had a couple of bad throws (one was picked, the other should have been), but he looked good otherwise. Blount picked up where he left off from the last playoff game against Indy (RIP Jonas Gray and his alarm clock...SI cover jinx is real).

Defense was good, but DET dropped a couple uncontested passes that would have made that game closer...probably doesn't change the outcome, but definitely makes it more interesting. Agree on Ayers, he's been a great addition. Also, Jamie Collins has become my favorite player on defense. He's a great tackler, great (by LB standards) in coverage and can rush the passer...he plays more like a big safety in the box than a LB.

Other than the correcting the penalties, not a lot of things NE can improve much right now. Hope they are not peaking too soon though, we've seen that scenario play out all too often before.

Football sucks anyway.

:(
It certainly does.

Seeing the Pats win so many games in a row really is a downer for everyone.

In more positive news I returned to the basketball court yesterday. Took about a month or so off because I tweaked my achilles and I don't fuck with that injury. I was pain free after about 2 hours of playing. I could not get above the rim but I did slap the backboard like a 12 year old boss on one layup.

I legit almost threw mine on the Cowboys' final drive. Four-man rush and you're sitting Moore and Ayers. Perry wants to be fired so bad.

Romo's 7 seconds doesn't even fit in this Vine: https://vine.co/v/O1O0DE3HgQ0

I know no one will care about this besides Giants fans, but can we talk about why Mathias Kiwanuka continues to see such a ridiculous number of snaps? There were those few plays at the end of the game last night where Romo fell back, had a leisurely cup of tea, browsed GAF on his phone, took a nap, and then completed a pass downfield as the Giants pass rush got stonewalled for eight minutes. Moore was nowhere to be seen on that drive, but Kiwi was out there as always, generating no pressure whatsoever.

Who cares if Moore is a liability against the run when there is barely any time left and it's clear the Cowboys are going to have to move the ball through the air? Besides, teams already run at Kiwi as though he was wearing a #72 Umenyiora jersey, so it's not like there would be a drop off.

I just heard Mike Smiths quotes after yesterdays game. He was asked why he took that late timeout and he said if he hadnt then the Browns would have anyways so it didnt matter. It is amazing that you can be a head coach in the NFL and not understand that making the other team use their TOs can help your team win.

That reasoning is bulletproof. Have to use yours otherwise the other team will just use theirs!

“Again you can definitely ask that question,” he said regarding the wisdom (or lack thereof) of burning the time out. “Fifty-three yarder was outside the range we had set prior to the game. We wanted to get a first down. We had a play, that’s why we called the timeout. Came over and used it. They would’ve used the timeout probably if we hadn’t, so . . . .”

It is funny to also see him say that 53 yards was outside the range they wanted when they could have tried to run at that point and make it 4 or 5 yards closer. It was clear watching that game that he thought they needed a TD for some insane reason, and only settled for the field goal. I am having a hard time thinking of a situation at the end of a game where the HC did more to hurt his teams chances of winning.
