Good lord they have a week between games? I guess with all the fake injuries they need to build in some fake recovery time.

That reminds me.

There was some crazy nude pic of what was supposed to be the Brazilian soccer team from like 10+ years ago. I am sure it was not them but whoever it was they were really hot. And are all the chicks in the stands for the WC hot or do the cameras just focus on the ones that are hot and/or dressed slutty?

There are 24 games being played before the knockout stages. Be thankful there are games every day for the next two weeks.

Jon Beason won't require surgery on his broken foot after all:

http://www.giants.com/news-and-blog...-surgery/5673735d-f1ed-41c3-b671-79c8aeb32882

Giants linebacker Jon Beason was examined yesterday by Foot and Ankle Specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte. After the exam and a review of Beason’s MRI, X-Rays and CT scan, it was determined that Beason’s injury -- a ligament tear and a small fracture to the sesamoid in his right foot – does not require surgery. Beason’s foot will be immobilized for six weeks (three weeks in a cast and three in a walking boot) as the first step in his rehabilitation.

Jon Beason commented on these results: “My visit with Dr. Anderson went as well as it could have yesterday. I’m happy that it was determined that I will be able to recover without surgery. My plan is to work as hard as I can during my rehab so I can be fully recovered around the start of the regular season opener on Monday night in Detroit.”

As expected, Jameel Mcclain is manning the middle linebacker position at mini-camp. Spencer Paysinger is now working with the second team while 5th round rookie Devon Kennard is working with the 1's on the strong side with Jacquain Williams on the weak side. Kennard has impressed so far in OTA's and camp with Coughlin even giving the kid praise for his work.

This. I think it's a great time to watch since there is literally nothing else on. Soccer is a really good background sport. Can have it on at the house or work and not really be distracted. It's what makes the EPL on weekend mornings so good. Can have it on while doing chores, reading, etc

A hipster thing now, apparently with the new DLC.

Bucket should be pleased.

I feel like posts about Bucket being a hipster need that picture Ez always posts claiming it's a picture of Bucket.

The one with the bearded skinny dude wearing lady clothes while drinking a PBR or something.

Rodgers on life, JFF, Munn

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...-big-johnny-manziel-fan?ex_cid=espnapi_public

"I'm just going to live my life and enjoy my relationship and realize that comes with it," Rodgers said during an interview on Monday. "I still enjoy what little privacy I have left, and I'm going to hold on to that. But I'm not going to let that stuff bother me in ways that it used to."

In that regard, he said he admires how Manziel has handled all the attention that has come with being "Johnny Football."

"His talent speaks for itself, but you know what, I think he has kept the right attitude through all of this," Rodgers said. "He's a young guy doing what young guys do, and he's enjoying life. He's had some opportunities to do some pretty cool things -- sitting courtside at games and whatnot -- but he can't control the people taking pictures of him. He can't control the people wanting to be around him. He can control where he's at, and I'm sure he learned a little more about some of the reaction he's going to get when he does go to Vegas or whatnot.

"But he's on his off time. He's on a weekend in Vegas when he doesn't have to be at the facility. He should feel comfortable doing exactly what he wants to do, and I don't think he's done anything wrong."

"There was no [Jon] Gruden quarterback camp to sit down and get picked apart," Rodgers said. "This group is so under the microscope, and it's way too much scrutiny for a person that age, but I'm a big Johnny Manziel fan. He's fun to watch. I watched him a lot in college.

"I think there's different ways of doing it. Johnny looks like he feels real comfortable living his life and dealing with what comes, and he should. He's a young guy doing young-guy stuff."
