Such a joke.

I'm sure to get the conditional he has to be on the roster next year or play X amount of snaps. Highly doubt it comes to fruition.

He is also going to restructure his contract, so more cap relief. Still... BLAINE GABBERT?

Ugh.

Maybe Harbaugh knows something about Gabbert that we don't know. Maybe Gabbert is the second coming of Joe Montana.

Steve Young more like. Awful Florida team with no talent. Granted Young was great in the USFL and Gabbert will never be good, but I still think it is worth a flier. They need a backup QB and he's a better prospect than they would find in the draft in the 6th round

Downgrading starting QBs two seasons in a row!

I can't wait for next year when we trade for Christian Ponder.

Ponder's better than Gabbert at least!

With Jermichael Finley visiting Seahawks, note that Seattle team doc Stan Herring chairs NFL's head, neck and spine committee

So Jenkins had 6 picks in 5 years and was on pace to set the record for most missed tackles by a safety before getting benched in 2010. Lets give him $5m a year.

I see Gabbert play twice a year. I can honestly say Schaub is a better QB with a straight face

That's not the point. He may be trash, but he is still younger and can possibly offer a franchise a great deal. It's no different from bringing a struggling pitcher to a new team. There are new sets of eyes to watch and tinker with his mechanics.

If you look at gabbert mean enough he runs for his life. Cant fix pussy

Cousin Tuck expected to remain a NY Giant:

Despite testing free agency, two-time Pro Bowler and Giants defensive end Justin Tuck is expected to remain in New York for next season and possibly for the duration of his career.

Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com cites a league source who says that Tuck, who turns 31 at the end of the month, will likely return to New York.

According to the report, Tuck could have signed elsewhere for $3 million but is inclined to remain in New York.

Tuck is such a quintessential Giant to me. I wanted nothing to do with him being in another uniform next season but I didn't want the team to overpay either. This works for me as I'd like to see one of my favorite modern era Giants retire in blue.

intangibles, motherfucker
I wouldnt be surprised to see Ware end up with the Eagles at all. We need a pass rush specialist, we play a 3-4, and i bet he would be particularly motivated to play the Boys twice a year.

This is all assuming that he is healthy.

The #Colts have been talking with Ahmad Bradshaw for some time. Now they have re-signed him, per source (as @ProFootballTalk said)

Edit: Leon Washington to TEN.

My point is still valid. It's a low risk scenario.

Go drink a Narragansett and stop your posting!

Brandon Tate is visiting the Lions. Why?

Are we about to turn Revis into picks and cap relief, after yesterday where it looked like we were going to cut him to save nothing but $1.5M on a roster bonus?

Thank you Browns for being such maroons....er friends!
Aren't you the real morons? Trading a high first round pick for a player, and then not using his best skills? ....also then trying to release him a year later?....

That's good, I really wanted him back, but did not want the FO to overpay him

DAT Hakeem Nicks market.

Reese should offer him a 1 year "prove it" deal. $5 and a Kit Kat bar with a regal movie theater coupon if he reaches certain incentives (like you know...trying).

I would take that deal if they throw in a small appartment.

I'm gonna destroy the franchise from within, starting with peeing in Eli his Gatorade.

How much interest has DeMarcus Ware received? Six playoff teams have called. He’d like to move quickly if possible.

In my hatred for all things Dallas I hope its Philly just for the lulz

Apparently Gabbert is getting trolled by 49ers fans and is blocking them on Twitter. Good times

You just know Ware wants to stick it to Jerry. All the people he overpays and he cuts Ware? Has to stick in Ware's craw
