Overall I'm pretty happy with what the Bucs did. Took a chance on a QB in the hopes he will be the guy, and beefed up the offensive line. We took an outside linebacker which we needed, but the most iffy picks were the two later round receivers. I can see where the staff were coming from, this team has Evans and Jackson, but that is about it. Neither of them are the greatest route runners and they are at their best when they can use their size and speed downfield. I also think after last year they are down of Sefarian Jenkins. Hopefully one of the two drafted wideouts can make a difference in the short and intermediate passing game, especially in the middle of the field.

At least Eagles signed a bunch of OL as UDFA.

Reading up on some of the late round picks I guess we did ok. Of course every draft all the late round picks are "steal of the draft" or "first round talent who fell cause of so-so".

We will see. All these DBs selected plus the guys on the roster already...we better be improved this year.

I don't get the hate for Fairy Tail. Some the shit that happens is just down right funny

Too fanservicey and that every fight ends the exact same way (victory via the power of friendship) are the usual complaints. I too think it is at times hilarious as fuck.

That's like damn near every anime tho(The Shonen ones for sure). What ever I like the action though.

Jaquiski Tartt was the 6th ever Samford player drafted and the highest by far, the previous high was Corey White 5th round 162 pick
I love that some people don't like this pick, it's one of my favorites.

So reminiscent of those who said the Niners were idiots to not only trade up in the first round in 2013, but to then take Eric Reid instead of just letting Matt Elam fall to them, who was rated much higher on pre-draft boards.

Yup, armchair geniuses.

Yeah, just like all those idiots that said A.J. Jenkins was going to be a bust and the Niners were idiots for drafting him. What do they know!

exactly! and then the jimmie ward pick last year. one time he only gave up 3 touchdowns in a half! that's less than 4, not too shabby for a first round pick!

in baalke we trust!

Animu Sunday!

I groaned a little.

Just noticed that the Lions have picked up two UDFA quarterbacks since yesterday. Might we finally be nearing the end of the Kellen Moore experience?

Or the Matt Stafford experience?

It's the end of the Orlovsky and Moore Backup Experience, I hope. Anyone got intel on Anthony Boone and Brandon Bridge? Neither's going to supplant Stafford but I'm curious is either are backup potential or just warm bodies for training camp.

EDIT: Seeing Bridge is going to Dallas instead?

When/if La'el Collins gets his name cleared it will be interesting to see where he signs. Read that he is kind of limited in terms of money. Wouldn't be shocked to see Miami as a landing spot. It's a popular place to play and they could definitely use tackle help.

Yea, the only thing I quickly read is that we stuck with the plan and just drafted the needs and no real flashy players.
Your offense is dependent on Johnny Cleveland and Dwayne Bowe.

Duke Johnson was a nice pick, and the OL should be really good. Too bad about the rest of the offense.

I mean no disresepct with this next one.

Of the NFL’s 32 teams, 28 have made it to a Super Bowl. Four remain: the Houston Texans, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Detroit Lions, and Cleveland Browns. Of those four, however, Houston, Jacksonville, and Detroit have all hosted a Super Bowl, leaving Cleveland the only NFL city to never experience Super Bowl glory.

Speaking of shit..

Larry Izzo of the New England Patriots once took a shit while on the sideline and got the game ball for his trouble because he did it without anybody noticing.
