Cap is at $200. It evens out if you splurge right away, because if some idiot thought Rogers or Brady were worth $100, they can lose out on a good deal later. For example some guys went into a bidding war for Peyton right away. He was supposed to fetch an average of $42, but these morons wanted to secure a QB and ended up bidding up to $90. So once Matt Forte came around as a bargain of $15 instead of the $40 he was easily going to fetch, they had spent all their money. So now their roster is made up of the Cleveland Browns filling in spots hehe.
Top 3 money is around $70

because they're gluten for punishment when their first 4 rounds tear acls and have to waiver wire to the extreme.
edit; random thought on why not to do early. i found in my several years of doing them that the earlier you did them the more the likely the league would be a dead zone of no one updating their roster on a weekly basis

Never has been an issue in the history of Cloudy's league, which has run for 4 years now. He have a decent group of NFL-GAFfers (and two non-ones).

Travis Benjamin is sounding more and more impressive every single day. Just read in the off time they had before training camp he was training with Andre Johnson and a few other NFL WRs in Miami. He said the experience really helped him learn a thing or two about making it in the NFL.

Also looks like the Browns offense has finally started to catch up to the D and have been gradually getting to respectable levels.

I'm excited about the Wrs we added, Gordan being the main one. It's sounding like Jordan Cameron is coming along also this is good to here, Watson is about one concussion away from his career ending in all honesty.
