I'm not too big on getting Nash but at one point they said they were out of the Turris sweepstakes. Might just be a negotiating tactic.

Seems like a theme right now. DW also said some stuff that amounted to we're out because Columbus is still demanding Couture. Howson is such a shit.

The entire NHL attention is now on the Ryan sweepstakes, I hope we are in that though, 3 years younger, $3M cheaper and I think he is a bit better as well, more of a power forward than Nash. More proven in the playoffs as well.

Judging by the OP I'm guessing it's because he White Knighted? GAF hates white knights. Which in itself is like some sort of meta white knighting, acknowledging a girl is a girl and trying to garner attention by pointing out you're "not like these white knight suckers" when really you're just being a lazy misogynist. The real winners are those who don't give a shit about what the gender of any poster is on the internet.

Unless the Ducks are broke I can't imagine why they'd trade Ryan unless he is pulling Patrick Kane stunts in his spare time.

Arniel started his coaching career with the Canucks in Manitoba. His entire tenure there was really strong, so its no surprise they'd want him back on the farm.
