At this rate, Perry is going to end up missing half the season it seems. Still something like 3-4 more weeks for his leg, and he was gone for 2 weeks (?) with that Phoenix Coyotes disease.

Going to the Sharks v. Wild game tonight . . . if it is not cancelled due to rain and I am able to get there.
Don't laugh . . . when you area hasn't had much rain for years and then is suddenly hit by a HUGE storm, it causes big problems because the weakened trees & vegetation drop all sorts of pieces which then clog drains & creeks which then causes flooding.

oh yay looks like it's confirmed now that I get a free GCL subscription for the entire season thanks to my Rogers plan. thought that might be the case, but wasn't sure if it would expire at the end of December or not.
Gamecenter Live is pretty cool . . . when it works. Some games have multiple camera angles. Nice DVR features. Lots of old historical games (holy smokes . . . in the past even the goalies didn't wear helmets!)
But it can be flaky at times. And the black-out issues are annoying thus requiring VPN.
He doesn't score until the playoffs. Regular season is just warm up for him.
looks like it might be a little bit out of my price class to go for not special occasion (and no, vacation by myself doesn't count as that), so we'll see. Thanks though! might walk by it and check it out anyway

Oh yeah, you won't have any blackouts because you get it through Rogers, your cable company. I get blacked out because the local cable company has exclusive rights to any game they broadcast in my area. But the VPN works pretty good.
The PC client is great . . . the NHL app for PS4 is pretty lame and the resolution is not as good.
There are a couple blackouts with rogers, it's all on their website
No blackouts in british columbia though woo!

As great as Minnesota has been at producing NHL talent, we have never really put out an NHL caliber goalie.
