Also Ruff needs to work on the 4v4. We have a lot of 4v4 penalties and OT. Need to play better on the 4 on 4.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Stars got into the Olympic break in 8th.
In a perfect world, we get at least some of our 5 injured defensemen and four forwards back after that.
And of course start to realize that we have to play hockey to make the playoffs.
Maybe. They might even make it up to 7th at some point. But then they'll kick it into reverse because nothing stops the Drive For Ninth.
Given that we'll probably play the Hawks or STL (I think that's how it works?), I'd say it's inevitable.
