Meh, they got lucky that the Flyers dmen kept getting hurt that playoffs.
Same way Julien and the Bruins won their Cup against the Canucks!
Destiny was postponed due to injury.

Rangers cuts today: Bodie, Gilmour, Graves, Hrivik, Jensen, Kovacs, Skapski, Stromwall, and Summers.
That leaves 29 players in camp, so we're getting closer, with 18 forwards remaining. But those 18 forwards include Fontaine, Nieves, Lindberg, and Jooris, all of whom are injured. So that basically leaves 14 forwards competing for 13 opening night roster spots. And one of those 14 is Tanner Glass.
Forwards (18): Buchnevich, Fast, Gerbe, Glass, Grabner, Hayes, Kreider, Miller, Nash, Pirri, Stepan, Vesey, Zibanejad, Zuccarello, Fontaine (inj), Jooris (inj), Lindberg (inj), Nieves (inj)
Defensemen (8): Clendening, Girardi, Holden, Klein, McDonagh, McIlrath, Skjei, Staal
Goalies (3): Lundqvist, Raanta, Hellberg

Just saw that Beaulieu is leading the league in preseason points, hopefully he can carry that momentum into the regular season.
Zombie has been here for a while, he only post 30 times a year and 25 of those posts are about how overrated and shitty Price is.
Well, as much as I can hate on the Habs since ALL my RL friends in Montreal are Habs obsessed and it drives me fucking insane... one thing that isn't overrated is fucking Price.

Guys I need to vent. EA fucking sucks.
I bought NHL 17 about a week before it came out. Release was Sept 13, I'm pretty sure I paid for it on the 5th or 6th. I also have EA Access, which allowed me early access to NHL 17. So I got to play it on September 8, five days before official release. I was able to access Hockey Ultimate Team once and only once on September 9th. Since then, every time I attempt to launch HUT I get to the loading screen (white with grey circle going around in the corner) and nothing happens. I can't back out of it, I can't do anything, I have to shut my xbox off and restart it in order to get things working again.
I have waited for up to 25 minutes before - while doing other stuff to kill time - and nothing happens. Circle just keeps spinning. Over and over and over and over.
Got in contact with EA Support via Twitter. Had a 10 tweet convo with them before they handed me off to EA Help on their website. Had an hour and a half long chat on September 15th with some dude who ran me through two or three troubleshooting methods, then put me on hold for a long ass time, and then assured me that the problem was happening with several players and would be addressed server side when player spike populations die down.
Three weeks later I have tried every day to launch HUT and every day I get an eternal loading screen and nothing changes. Today I was in a chat with support for three fucking hours and he ran me through a looooong list of troubleshooting to figure out if anything could fix it. Most of it was ridiculous but some of it seemed legit to someone who knows very, very little about computer and Xboxes and all that shit.
After all this (not even lying. From about 5:55 until 9:10 this evening) he tells me he is handing it off to specialists because he has no idea what to do. I can accept that. He did what he could. Thanks Rajesh. I appreciate the effort.
Then he tells me that the specialists will get to it in the next few weeks (what the fuck does it really take this long) and they will see what they can do and then get back to me via physical mail. They will send me a letter in the mail to get in contact with me about what the fuck their game that I bought at full price before release will not allow me access to the one fucking mode that they advertise more than any other and the one fucking mode that they ever put any actual effort into
I paid $55 for a game that isn't even complete. This is fucking garbage.
