Pretty sure I've tried everything on my end I can at this point aside from exchanging for a new Xbox and switching ISPs. But to answer your question, yeah I've done it. At least three times that I can recall.

I've gone through all the stages of grief at this point I think. Just in the depressing stage now. I'll probably ask for a partial or full refund at some point because this sucks.

I made my peace with that trade and moved on. Besides, nobody really knew what Thor had at that time, at least, Jays fans sure didn't. :p

Jays traded away like their whole farm system and Syndergaard is the only one people actually regret atm. That seems like a pretty good track record to me.

The wild card game was a lot more enjoyable when you're not on the verge of tears the whole time. >_>

HBO and Netflix have pretty on point this year. Just finished Narcos S2 and was amazing. I like this new premium content provider Cold War.

Interesting things to me are the injured guys getting an opportunity to draw into the lineup, and no Dylan McIlrath on defense. Curious what, if anything, that means for him with regards to making the team.

Also, they spelled Brady Skjei's name wrong (Skeji) on the lineup board. :D

Only thing I didn't like about Westworld was the actress who played Cullen. Her delivery and voice were off. Not great at hiding her Danish accent.

I say he gets his 9 games and sent back. He has NHL talent but from what I seen in the preseason is that his puny body isn't NHL ready. Need to bulk up and continue to work on his positioning in the D zone. He was getting easily beat in the boards and pushed off the puck by small AHLers.

Just pick up Barberio and put him with Wideman. Send Borotits to the sun, and Cleasson to Thor land.

I bought NHL 17 about a week before it came out. Release was Sept 13, I'm pretty sure I paid for it on the 5th or 6th. I also have EA Access, which allowed me early access to NHL 17. So I got to play it on September 8, five days before official release. I was able to access Hockey Ultimate Team once and only once on September 9th. Since then, every time I attempt to launch HUT I get to the loading screen (white with grey circle going around in the corner) and nothing happens. I can't back out of it, I can't do anything, I have to shut my xbox off and restart it in order to get things working again.

I have waited for up to 25 minutes before - while doing other stuff to kill time - and nothing happens. Circle just keeps spinning. Over and over and over and over.

Got in contact with EA Support via Twitter. Had a 10 tweet convo with them before they handed me off to EA Help on their website. Had an hour and a half long chat on September 15th with some dude who ran me through two or three troubleshooting methods, then put me on hold for a long ass time, and then assured me that the problem was happening with several players and would be addressed server side when player spike populations die down.

Three weeks later I have tried every day to launch HUT and every day I get an eternal loading screen and nothing changes. Today I was in a chat with support for three fucking hours and he ran me through a looooong list of troubleshooting to figure out if anything could fix it. Most of it was ridiculous but some of it seemed legit to someone who knows very, very little about computer and Xboxes and all that shit.

After all this (not even lying. From about 5:55 until 9:10 this evening) he tells me he is handing it off to specialists because he has no idea what to do. I can accept that. He did what he could. Thanks Rajesh. I appreciate the effort.

Then he tells me that the specialists will get to it in the next few weeks (what the fuck does it really take this long) and they will see what they can do and then get back to me via physical mail. They will send me a letter in the mail to get in contact with me about what the fuck their game that I bought at full price before release will not allow me access to the one fucking mode that they advertise more than any other and the one fucking mode that they ever put any actual effort into

I paid $55 for a game that isn't even complete. This is fucking garbage.
