Samus Returns looks... good, I think?
I want to be excited
XCOM. It plays like XCOM.ah they're showing off the rabbids game next. curious to see how that plays.
XCOM. It plays like XCOM.
I'm hoping it looks good on the 3DS with 3D on. 3DS games often look better on the screen than in video. The art is kind of ugly, or it's the low poly models, I don't know, but it looks like it plays nice.
Well kinda, they're both SRPGS but they're still very different.lol, regrettably I've never played Xcom. I think it's similar to Valkyria Chronicles, though?

I don't like the art style for Mario Odyssey. Hope it's fun.
They don't seem to be/act as obnoxious as usual but who knows.Rabbids though. :/
Rabbids though. :/
Bieksa to Vegas
According to who

Completely agree with youKinda underwhelming E3 conferences this year.....

oops
Someone is getting traded to Vegas from Anaheim, but NOT Bieksa lol
My bad
New Donk City looks like garbage. The rest is pure, distilled Mario. Good stuff.I don't like the art style for Mario Odyssey. Hope it's fun.
Zelda.Mario Odyssey remains the only game I really want a Switch for. I mean Metroid and Pokemon will surely be awesome too but one had just a logo and one had not even that soooo they're a long way out.
Xenoblade could be cool, and the Rabbids + Mario game I might pick up if I had a Switch but Odyssey is what is really selling the system to me.
Zelda.
at least it still has the same distinctive localization :cI still can't get over the new artsyle for Xenoblade, it's atrocious.

Yeah I was excited for donk city after the first trailer but now its the worst looking area to me.New Donk City looks like garbage. The rest is pure, distilled Mario. Good stuff.
All in all you could tell that Nintendo and Sony kept a lot to their chest. I kinda wish they went more out during the actual conference (Treehouse sure, but c'mon). With Sony you know that they are going to go all out at their own event whenever that is and that the weeb material will be at Tokyo Game Show.
Videogames are in good hands though, so cool.
Here's some old music
I'm in LA for the rest of the week, hope I don't get murdered by a Kings fan

.
Zelda.
Post falls a bit flat in the face of reality.
.
Is it me or did indie games not get any sort of spotlight during any of the conferences this year?
"Alright so i'll buy a switch once it has games. So 2018?"Well what AAA games will the Switch have before the end of the year then? Zelda, Mario Odyssey and...?
Maybe Xenoblade IF the release date sticks, otherwise eh. Metroid&Pokemon won't be until 2018 so that's really more of a "once games are out for it". I stand by my statement, happy to be proven otherwise.
"Alright so i'll buy a switch once it has games. So 2018?"
Essentially, the Switch won't have games
until 2018. Seems trollish and nonsensical. Now you move the goalposts to 'I require minimum 3 AAA games' *shrug*
