So you provide one PS-related example compared to Microsoft's Project Scorpio, Project Scarlett, Project Natal, Project xCloud, and now Project Mara, and Project Dreadnought. It's noticeable.

Not sure what this proves, but using the word "Project" in front of your projects is quite common and is actually a good thing when a company is investing on many projects.

I liked gaming "entertainment" just fine from 1982-2005. They've been "redefining" it ever since. With each new redefinition, it gets further away from what I enjoy.

Article: "Xbox games will be cross gen the first 2 years"
Gaf minion: "*moan* The Series X will be gimped by the xbox one, for games to look good they must be coded as if no other platform existed or will ever exist *Moan*"

This is a pretty big statement and I do not see how they're going to do it. If they want to be the Microsoft answer to Naughty Dog, well good on them. I just can't help but wonder if these huge statements from Microsoft and their company are going to end up pushed by the way-side by being a complete let down. I've seen many times a developer tried to re-define entertainment. I'm sure David Cage has said this before Heavy Rain, Beyond and Detroit. All superb games in their own ways, but not really a re-definition of the entertainment as a whole.
