They pretty much explained the transfer process for games, because the 3DS LL bundles come with the games preloaded on the SD card

It seemed to me that they demonstrated that the 3DS XL bundles that come with the games on the 4GB SD cards can be transferred to a bigger SD card if you want so you don't have to have multiple SD cards that have different games on them.
