#FAST Racing Neo today at Treehouse Live @ E3! 1:45 PM PT
About that...
Digital event not including anything VC related is again mind boggling. N64 and Wii releases is just sad.
I haven't been able to keep up with E3 too closely this year due to work. Beyond Earthbound Beginnings, has there been any mention of the future of VC by Nintendo during E3?
I feel like the 3DS is really getting forgotten on VC releases recently and was hoping for an announcement to give me something to look forward to.
Nice analysis max!
I was disappointed with the Direct because I thought it was lackluster. The "one more thing" at the end was really a missed opportunity.

So looks like NA is getting FE: Sacred Stones this week and Mario and Luigi: PiT and Star Fox Command next week.
In other words, no more Wii games in the eshop?
I liked it. Decent strategy game mixed with all range mode fights. It's no Starfox SNES/64. But still fun in it's own right.Star Fox Command next week, eh? That's the first DS game coming out that I haven't played... kinda want to. I know that it's supposed to be not that good but I still wanna give it a shot.
figured I should give the next person a turn. 😃

Here's the image of 3DS releases from Nintendo's twitter
Oh I know all about those endings, lol. It's worth it just to see some of the endings which are downright bizarre and hilarious.
There was a thread here once talking about how weird they are

I have a question, that I didn't quite want to make a new topic for, but I'm not sure where else to ask this. I figure since it relates to the Nintendo eshop, this might be a good topic for it.
So I traded in my 3DS that I had last month to get Splatoon. It was a red older model, and knew I wanted to get a New 3DS soon anyway, and I know from experience that I've been able to call up Nintendo and have them link my NNID to a new system over the phone. It's inconvenient, but I know it's doable. Last year, I sold my 2DS to get the red 3DS I had up until last month, and at the time I didn't see an option on the 2DS to unlink my NNID, it straight up only asked to delete my account, which i did not want to do.
Anyway, when I sold my 3DS last month, I noticed something new, that it asked me if I wanted to UNLINK my NNID from the 3DS. I did that, and it connected online to do it.
I'm just wondering, because I just ordered a New 3DS online, and am expected to get it next week. Since it went through that process of unlinking my NNID, does that mean when I get my New 3DS, I'll be able to just relogin and download my eshop games without having to call up nintendo again? if so, that'd be great.

It's a bit hard to explain why exactly, but it seems to be the weakest of the series. I think it was just a such a step down from Superstar Saga in terms of the script & humor. I remember those purple shroom things, but that's it. I barely remember it compared to, say, Fawful, that robber dude who had Bowser as a partner, etc. It doesn't help while the battle mechanics are still fun, they just DRAAAGGGG. Seriously, the bosses would take way too long to beat & this is coming from the "I must fight every enemy to ensure I am a high enough level for future battles!" RPG player. Hell, the final battle took over 30 MINUTES because they had so much damn HP.Any impressions on Partners in Time? I've only played the first Mario + Luigi game but I love Paper Mario and RPGs. Mind you EarthBound Zero might burn me out for a while.

It seems because PiT came out in the US version, the Japanese (& then EU) version changed some stuff, including balancing the difficulty. Like for one battle, instead of a boss healing 100 HP, they only heal 60, or in the final boss battle, US healed 120 HP, while it was 80 HP in JPN/EU.
Some items in the shop were also cheaper as well, like the 1UP Mushrooms.
If you don't mind some spoilers (including ones for the final boss battle), you can see more differences here. Kind of hope we get the EU version which balances the difficulty.
Solitaire Dungeon Escape?
What?
Jools Watsham of Renegade Kid confirmed Mutant Mudds Super Challenge will be cross-buy across 3DS and Wii U. Don't know if that's new news or not.
I bought Boxboy yesterday and am already in World 10.
The game game is quite fun so far, nothing mindblowing, but nothing sneeze at either.
It's a really charming game though.
I didn't really feel the crane world, but I liked the rest.
