In the noclip documentary they talk about "new platforms", or something like that. It's either mac or switch (or both). I was looking for the timestamp, will edit if I find it.

if there actually is a Bomberman game on Switch - and it better be a Bomberman 64 successor (and a Mario 64 successor, too) - he's so going to be in the next Smash or a dlc character
Expectations vary between a port and a sequel. But when it comes to Splatoon, people are still confused as to what makes the new Splatoon a port and a sequel.
The last time we got a big home console Bomberman game, tears were shed
because of sadness and depression.
I hope the new one sticks to its roots, if it's true that there's a new one coming.

Anyway I really hope Mario Odessey is the real part of that list. The name and the fact that flying is supposedly a part of it makes me imagine a game where we fly to large distinct island and collect stars off of them. A more open game like Sunshine or 64, that sounds great to me.

Honestly that's fine, imo. Older 3rd party games aren't really going to be a system seller for the Switch so using Skyrim as a way to sustain the release schedule a few months (or whatever it ends up being) after launch is probably better for everyone.
it's probably called something like Splatoon: Ultra Fresh Remix Edition
