EIther that or you explore on foot until you reach an outpost with a beacon that can summon your ship.
True. I've done that a few other times when I've landed it in a crazy spot and jumped out.

I guess I'm a bad pilot. This just happened. And it is so high that I can't jetpack back to it. Guess it's time to load the last save restore point. lol

I wish I just have performance issues. Game locks up PC on a i7 4790K 32GB RAM and Titan X Win 10. Game is garbage for me.

Bad pilot? Sounds like you're the best pilot ever.
This happened to me too. After 8 hours I deleted the save file and just started over. On the second go I waited until the game gave me all the blueprints for warp supplies before I redeemed the bonus ship.
Do upgrades stack? Is it worth it to have Tau and Sigma, or just one?
Sounds like you need to focus on suit upgrades for a while.I really like this so far but the inventory system is really putting a hamper on the game so far.I've been wandering aimlessly trying to find a space station or bot to trade/sell stuff with. I've been on two new planets and have mined nothing because I'm full it's certainly not encouraging exploration so far.
Maybe I'm looking at the Atlas stone price wrong I thought it only sold for like 60k
Well, despite the issues PC concurrent numbers are crazy, 220k and counting.
I'll borrow a page from Shinobi here and say: THIS is why you put your game on PC.
Never take a console exclusive deal indies. Never.
I can't figure out why atlas interfaces stopped giving me warp drives. They used to give me 2 per visit.
do you get anything instead?
"Success, your refund request is now pending" - Steam version is bollocks. What a mess.GOG seems fine for god knows what reason.
So... I see most of my friend list refunded the game already.
Its that bad? I feel the visuals are a bit shitty for the performance. Also even at 100 FOV it seems so narrow.

Look for Drop Pods.
You can recognize them by shape, and also if you go to a Signal Scanner (tall red beam of light), use a Bypass Chip which you can always craft, and select "Shelter" it will almost always send you to one.

There's duplication exploits out, so presumably everyone is crashing the price.
Whiffing on the landing pads is always the worst, lmao https://gfycat.com/ImmaterialUnlawfulHusky

Wait, if you can hit orbit just look for the space station in your system, it's a hexagon icon.I really like this so far but the inventory system is really putting a hamper on the game so far.I've been wandering aimlessly trying to find a space station or bot to trade/sell stuff with. Quick question: I've got the hyperdrive blueprint and I think I have the right ingredients. But where do I actually build it? I try going to craft on a space slot in my exosuit but the hyperdrive doesn't show up as one of the items.
I'm feeling like restarting and going back on the Atlas path. Wandering around lost is so miserable.
Source on the GOG version performance?
I haven't grabbed it yet but will probably do so when I get home, if that ones better
feels like I've hit the end of the upgrade paths (Tau?).
I want this added, too. I love space mining, in-atmo ship mining would be great.Wish we could mine land minerals by shooting them while flying close to the ground. Guess that would be too easy though.
So I found this planet with these gravitino balls all over the fielded areas. They're worth 30,000 each, and there's a space station a 3 second pulse jump away. Can make $1 mill each round trip.

Source = My machine
Steam = long loading, bad frame rate and stuttering.
GOG = very short loading, better frame rate and no stuttering.
I honestly cant tell you why this is, but it just works for me. Could be the planet (the 8 that I've tried since gog version for science) but it all been shit on steam.
GOG seems better. At least IMO.
Damnnnnn. Hype slightly restored
Does GOG offer refunds?
It's terrible game design due to the lack of inventory space but don't sell your Atlas Stones - reached the end of the Atlas line I only had 9 (having sold my first one for 60k). That last Atlas Stone cost me 2,800,000.
So does anything cool happen in space in this game or is it all about going from planet to planet and occasionally stopping at a space station? I'd hope the space part gets some love too.
There's Theta (I own many) and Omega apparently (never had one of those though).
