Nope. The only way to get them "overturned", IIRC is legislation opposing them, or to have the SCOTUS deem them unconstitutional
That's what I was thinking but why can't trump just build the wall with an executive order? Because it involves money?

His statement for Holocaust Rememberance Day also failed to mention Jews anywhere in it. It's insane.
Also, as someone who grew up in a neighborhood with a lot of Iranian Americans, this is horrifying for what it's going to do to their families. Not to mention the stories of Syrian refugees and Iraqis who served the US military being turned away. I'm honestly nauseous.

That requires funding either in the form of tax or tariff, both of which would require a law of appropriation from Congress.
Whereas, this refugee ban is just Trump directing federal agencies (Customs and Border Patrol) to act according to new guidelines.
Congress could pass a law to override the ban but...they don't seem to want to.
And SCOTUS could strike it down as unconstitutional but that would take time to litigate.

Did some Uber driving this morning in Los Angeles, CA from LAX. A couple from Australia, found out that others from their group are being sent back to Australia. The catch is, the young men are Iranian. They're travel plans involved a few days in Hollywood, and then on to Cabo for the rest. The guy even asked if they could just go straight to Mexico, the answer was no.
They asked if Trump is racist, does California like Trump. The group was pretty much international, with a friend coming in from Moscow.
Has to be a pretty fucked up feeling to sent away from a country just because of where you're from and how you look.
Can I say that tourism is going to take a major hit, for the next 4 yrs. All those small businesses that need that tourism, should think about the ramifications of they're, assuming a sizeable number of them voted for President Cheeto

And I saw the Wall Street Journal is looking for comment from people affected in the oil industry, which of course has tons of Middle Eastern workers. Like, if you're the sort of person who always voted Republican because they're pro-business or whatever, I don't understand how you're not horrified right now between this and the proposed Mexican tariffs. It's a nightmare.

No, the only hope is to get out there and protest this shit, every fucking day, in the millions. If this isn't enough to bring the people of the US to do that, then honestly, they don't deserve better and the US absolutely deserves to crash and burn during the next 4 years. Fucking christ, I can't even begin to explain how watching this from germany makes me feel.
