I would contend that Trump is Bannon's puppet but Putin facilitated Trump's election in the first place and has trusted agents in places of power in the form of Tillerson and Flynn and they're the ones that compromised Comey.
But most of the mess of the presidency's first 9 days has been Bannon's corrupt policy and Trump's over-inflated ego and self-sabotage.
I'm sure it's because of traffic. They are banking tonight and well deserved.
